Worst hotel experience ever
Reviewed By yasserk505Terrible hotel, the door has no lock on the inside and my child was able to open the door. I booked my room through booking for 129 Azn, contacted management right away and asked for a refund since I couldn't stay in a room that has no lock on the inside, anyone with a card can enter and an child can go out unnoticeable. The manager was rude, unresponsive and racist. Upon complaining and asking for my money back he spoke back loud and with a terrible attitude and told me business is business and I will not refund you. He showed no sympathy towards my concern or my family. I ended up leaving without a refund and booking somewhere else last minute in a more expensive hotel. Any reasonable person would know no one would do such a thing as double pay and book last minute had the issue not been serious and the management attitude and resolution terrible. I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel as its not even worthy of being 2 stars. Not sure where the 5 stars came from, they definitely did not come from exceptional rooms or service

Reviewed By LightPacker189240The cozy cottage-type boutique hotel with parking at the northeast of Qusar with very hospitable staff. The premises are very clean and quite warm for the time of our being there. The forest nearby and the small yard had an entirely relaxing impact. The moderate breakfast is inclusive but the owner, Nijat, entertained us with an extra meal: "pomidor chigirtmasi" ;) and supported to get my car's windshield cleaned from the ice. The other time meals are on pre-order only. This is a most affordable place in terms of price-quality to avoid extra pay at the hotels along the Shahdag resort road. A couple of staff to be enhanced: the surrounding streets are non asphalted and troubling in winter time as well as the water boiler is pretty small even for one person taking a shower.

After a day my head began to itch. Then I came home and found out that I had lice . I had treated my head for exactly 2 weeks, so do not sleep on the sofa

Reviewed By emadmassRoom was clean and spacious... It had tv with satellite receiver...Mini fridge... And an air conditioner....the only thing disturbed me was the very weak lighting in the room... breakfast was great...over all it was more than Ok.

Неприхотливые, уставшие от городской суеты, интернета - Вас ждут радушные хозяева, прекрасные горные пейзажи, чистый воздух, сытные обеды и ужины. Такого душевного отдыха у меня давно не было. Вблизи от горнолыжных трасс, с уровнем цен на порядок ниже, чем это предлагают высококлассные отели непосредственно у трасс. Возможно кому-то покажется немного трудной дорога, но это только на первый взгляд. Приедем ли мы ещё туда? Безусловно. Низкий поклон и благодарность хозяевам. Успехов и процветания. Все что вы видите на фото по этому гостевому дому соответствует действительности.

2rooms for rent in Xinaliq,with 2 beds in one room and 4 sleeping warm wool mats in another,22 Azn per night for 1 person,a usuall breakfast is included to the price ( tea,cheese,eggs,jam ). We also organise transport for you from airpot,Baku and Quba,pick up from all these point(extra money).Just notice before your comming. We also will organise tours to other destinations of Quba city

The town of Xinaliq has been around for 5000 years and it was an impressive experience to wander around to see how little impact the new world has had. people go on living their lives like always. The hikes in this area are phenomenal as well. Highly recommended place to visit.

Все разделено дверками) +широкая мягкая кровать +больший шкаф +завтрак шведский стол +конечно спа и бассейн +все рыльномыльные есть +полотенца, тапки и халаты Из минусов: -только двухместные номера, семье с ребёнком придётся отплачивать дополнительную кровать (не раскладушку, там именно кровать). Но если ребёнку 12+, то стоимость как за взрослого -ЗАВТРАК хоть и шведский стол, но еда не так разнообразна, как два года назад. В этот раз мы не нашли Айрана, национальных сладостей, что всегда было актуально за завтраком. Каши были вкусными, яичница, омлет - это было основным, чем мы питались. Сыры в большинстве были солеными сильно. Детям лучше привезти с собой разводимые каши, если им не понравится местная и закупиться йогуртами в магазине в Кусарах. -УЖИН в прошлый раз (два года назад) мы ужинали в соседнем отеле, там обычное меню было и выходило очень накладно по деньгам. Сейчас в этом же отеле сделали шведский стол с фиксированной стоимостью. ДЕТЯМ до 6 - бесплатно, 6-12 детский тариф, с 12 -взрослый. Берёшь сколько хочешь (мы конечно набирали за пазуху в номер). -РЕСТОРАН В ЭТОМ ОТЕЛЕ на 4 этаже! Не ходите! Денег оставите кучу, есть там нечего. Теперь ЛайфХаки! 1)Закупитесь необходимым в супермаркете в Кусарах, на территории ни одного продуктового. Если вдруг приспичит, то это брать такси и 30 минут до Кусаров. 2) На завтрак лучше идти в 7:40-8:00, иначе мест будет мало, еды тоже. Очень много приезжает арабов, так что будьте готовы к запаху острых специй, поедание пищи руками, громких разговоров и больших семей. 3)на ужин нужно идти к 18:30-19:00, народу много, но уже все цивильно. 4)если едите в будни, но ужин в соседнем отеле ParkShalet, в выходные можно и в нашем, но заранее узнать о работе ресторана (там же где и завтрак проходит) и стоимости. Мы выезжали в субботу и увидели объявление, что ужин в нашем отеле в два разв дешевле в этот день. 5) в бассейн тоже заранее, до окончания катания (до 16:30) потом приходит вся толпа арабов с детьми и в бассейне начинается аквапарк. 6) ВАЖНОЕ! Номера с видом на гору дороже, чем, как они выражаются, на склад. Нет. Там такие же горы, только вид на два соседних отеля и все. А если вид на горы, то будьте готовы к ночному жужжанию ратраков. Друзья спать не могли. Выбирайте!

Could have been much better!!
Reviewed By SubbotinNice landscape and nature around which is biggest advantage. Hotel seems to be quite new and modern however, lots of construction everywhere! This should be on a website! Price structure and photos made me believe this could be a perfect vacation. Nice villa and view for 260 AZN but shower is a disaster, mix of hot and cold water non stop? Literally not possible to take a quick shower, informed Reception and they have done nothing! Aparently problem across the Hotel. Breakfast was OK with limited choice, again for the price paid I was expecting at least good cup of coffee on the top. Hotel serving instant coffee that you have to prepare yourself??? Never seen anything like it. Hotel charged for each proper cup of coffee we have had for breakfast! Restaurant food is decent with precies above an average. Reception was not intested to hear all these details, so hope they are reading this post! Lake...apparently protected by government with few security guards, but, saw a small pump that sucking water....sockets on the balcony are not rated (IP44) or above which makes it very dangerous to sit there when it is raining!!
