My husband and I recently stayed at the Banyon Tree Resort and were so impressed with the Safron Restaurant that we ate there both nights. Located on a small water pond, the Safron offers a delightful dining experience with outside seating in a cozy atmosphere. Beginning with the "hand washing" ritual, that staff was excellent in handing our food order and providing a seamless experience. Everything we had on the menu was memorable with great satays and appetizers. Make sure you visit Safron if you are in the Seychelles.

We stayed in Raffles and ate at Curieuse as well as the sushi room at Curieuse on several occasions. The food is imaginative, the menu extensive, the wine menu also good and the staff excellent - especially Marina and Karim. The food was truly exceptional, great quality, very fresh and attention to detail excellent. We loved the sushi room - our meal here was the best that we had on our whole honeymoon.

Good to be back after several weeks away. Good location at the water's edge of part of the Eden Island Marina, where one can sit outside or inside (air conditioned). The staff and management were as always, very welcoming and looked after us attentively. Excellent food as always and a thoroughly enjoyable meal with friends and family. Highly recommended.

In Seychelles at a nice hotel on Beau Vallon. Wanted to stay in one night and thought weâd try the Copper Pot. The food was simply outstanding. The chicken curry, prawn curry, chicken kothu roti were all absolutely superb. The dhal and veg options were also really good. Our food was promptly delivered hot to our hotel and was really enjoyable. If in Seychelles and craving a nice home cooked Asian meal this is amazing.

The food here is great, with a variety of dishes (meatballs, pork, chicken, spicy beef, fish) mostly served with dail and rice. It was very popular and seems to be open for only an hour or two each evening so get there early. Portions where generous and two meals and a coke only 175.

L'indochine - fine dining signature cuisine with asian - indian ocean rim influence & european flair
Peaceful experience with v good service but the food, whilst ok, did not justify the additional expense - too much style over substance.

Our Teppanyaki fine dining option restaurant. The word Teppanyaki is derived from teppan, meaning iron plate and yaki, which means grilled or broiled. Guests will have the chance to interact, while enjoying our wines & sake, prior to the Teppan show by ou
We came for the grill show, which was nice and entertaining, but the food was mediocre. I understand, this is Seychelles - everything is overpriced and lacks quality, but still... If you grill prawns long enough they will be overcooked. If you donât grill beef long enough it will raw inside - medium means a specific temperature and color, especially given low quality of meat. Plain fried rice isnât a proper course. Sashimi should be made out of specific parts of high quality fish - it should look fresh. When serving wine you canât open a new bottle and refill my glass - just donât do this in a restaurant.Overall, it was fun, but wouldnât come again for food.Dear Fearless535201,Thank you for your feedback. We are very disappointed to hear of your experience at Seyshima. This does not come anywhere near our standards of service. We will definitely have a coaching and mentoring session with our chef and team and share your feedback with them. Please feel free to email me at [email protected] further comments.Thank you as we take your input with serious consideration.Kind regards,Melissa
