Reviewed By KushatovGuest house is located very close to the Jetty, 5mins by walk. You can get the bicycles at the Jetty itself and take away kiosk if you want to grab something to bite. The property only accepts EURO AND SCR, I had only $ with so I had to go out and exchange. The room was very comfortable and I really loved their bed

Reviewed By swayambhu2014This place is very close to the jetty - about 5-10 mins on foot. Also, since La Digue is a small island, all the major attractions are nearby. The place has a restaurant, a kitchen/take-away, and a supermarket on the premises, so to speak. The food they serve at the take-away is also quite good. The staff are helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place looks quite pretty too.

Pension Michel is a small pension with 8 rooms. All rooms with air conditioners. We provide a minimum service of Bed & Breakfast. Snacks and dinner are optional. Pension Michel is about 15 minutes walk from the jetty and 5 minutes to Anse Reunion Beach. Wifi is available with a free initial package. A fee is chargeable for additional needs. We also provide bicycles at a fee. For any queries, our friendly staff will be there to assist and guide you.

Reviewed By Soraya BI was so happy that I was able to book this place! I don't even know where to begin. The front desk receptionist, Shaila, was absolutely amazing. She helped me arrange a kayaking session, dinner, taxi, and even a bicycle. The center of town is about a 20 -25 minute walk, but its even faster by bike. Still, its such a beautiful little island, the moment you see everyone getting around by bike, you will easily forget the distance. It is however, very close to the most beautiful beach in the Seychelles - Anse Source D'Argent. The maides, Mariesa, as well as the others, were such a joy! Those women really, and truly took care of all of my needs. They were so kind to me. Additionally, the breakfasts were delicious. The rooms were are cozy and quaint. The air conditioning is really good in the rooms as well. The only thing that was a bit spotty was the wifi, but that's to be expected in Seychelles overall. If you are looking to stay in LaDigue, I highly recommend you stay here! You will not regret it.

Reviewed By ArtemesionMy two adult children and I spent an amazing week at Doris and Charles' guesthouse. They were so kind, thoughtful and informative, and helped us plan all our excursions. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the surrounding garden magical. Doris' breakfasts were delicious with lots of local fruits and delicacies. The location of the guesthouse is very convenient-- two minutes by bike from the jetty and heart of town-- and it is nice to stay in a neighborhood where many local residents live. It makes the experience so much more authentic. La Digue is beautiful and very unique!

Reviewed By riwallWe enjoyed our vacation there a lot. The owner and the staff were very friendly, courteous and gave us a lot of tips. The room was cleaned every day and the towels has been replaced every three days. It was big enough for us three and the fridge, the water boiler, the safe and the small kitchen were a big plus. From location point of view it is very good as well. It is aside the main road were all the restaurants and shops are located and therefore always quiet. With the bike you are in five minutes in the center respectively at the beach. Good takeaways are near as well. Furthermore I want to point out the honesty and helpfulness. I forgot my mobile phone in the safe and realized it when I was in Mahe already. They organized everything to help me and I have got it back just one day later. I want to thank them again for that service

Tanette's Villa self Bed an Breakfast is a small, and a budget accomodation, but we are a friendly, family-run business.The ground floor, has two bedrooms, each with AC /safe/shower and WC, a living room, a small kitchen, a verandah to relax while the top floor has three bedrooms, each with AC/Safe/privatre shower and WC, a smal living room, and also a beautiful balcony from where to enjoy the beautiful and unspoiled environment. All rooms are equiped with fan ,air conditioned,mosquito net and safe and maintened to high standard.Breakfast is included in the room rate.

We asked for an upper floor room on booking.com and she agreed but when we arrived we got a very small room on the ground floor. 2. When we checked in, Tannete told us that the diner at her place is 200 rupees per person. On the last evening, when we paid, we had the big surprise that the price for diner per person is 250 rupees. We paid it but while eating the last diner she came at our table and told us the price was actually 350 rupess per person and then she charged us more money. You cant do that with your guests, after eating many diners she changed the price from 200 to 350 rupees without consulting with us. When confronting her she told us that you can not eat this much food with this amount of money but this is not our job, to know the prices of seychellois food. This never happened to us and we visited many many places. It is inacceptabile. So my advice is to be careful and establish the price from the start on paper not just orally. 3. The room is very small, the furniture is old, the lighting is very bad, no tv and very small bathroom. On booking.com our room description said the room was 165 sqm but actually the room is about 10sqm and the rest of it is common spaces like shared kitchen, living room and patio. Again, this is misleading. 4. The shets had stains on them and the beach towels had holes (see pictures attached). 5. You can hear noises from other rooms, the pillows smell like mold and you cant rest well. Overall this was a bad experience and i do not recommend staying here unless you wanna get tricked.
