Good restaurant to try with some pretty interesting history about one of Philippine's President. The food is also very good. Had a good time eating here. Staff is good but needs a little more training to improve further. We had a private room since there were about 20 in our group.

We tried this restaurant after strolling around Ayala Malls Vertis North located just right across it. The dining area looks quite nice. Interior design was okay. The ambiance was relaxing, with a girl singing songs fit for night lounges. The waiters were very friendly and accommodating. Most of the foods were tasty and well prepared. I would particularly recommend their kare-kare and roast beef, but not so much their Italian dishes and desserts. Food and drink selection was rather limited compared to other buffet restaurants in the city. They are consistent with the quality of their katsu, whether it's hire (no fat), rosu (with trimming of fat), menchi (minced meat), and Japanese-style curry. For this visit, I tried their Rosu Katsu Curry Set and the coating was crunchy as always. Meat was reasonably tender and the miso soup, cabbage, and watermelon were at par to expectations. I also loved the brown rice option!

We chose to eat here to celebrate my mother's birthday. We were attended to by Jessa and Glen. They demonstrated initiative in taking the opportunity to refill our drinks. Furthermore, they were kind and personable. Overall, their service was excellent. The food was also good and satisfactory.
