First the service. After 25 minutes we received our drinks, then 20 minutes later our bento boxes arrived but without the rolls. We were told they were behind on making the rolls. The did arrive 10-15 minutes later. On top of the bad service the food was not good.

Good filling food in this quaint family run restaurant. The owner was very friendly and came out to talk to us a couple time. The food was very fresh and filling.

Mongos has recently reopened after renovations and repairs. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The cooks and server were helpful and cheerful. The food was amazing. Great choices to put your own dinner ingredients together for the cooks to expertly prepare. Delighted to have this restaurant back in business in our town.

Went with friends for the buffet. It was very poor in all aspects. Our server disappeared after taking our drink order. The food dishes on the buffet needed to be refilled badly. There was no sushi to begin with, it came later. The overall quality was poor to say the least. Tough, dry ribs. Wings overcooked. We were charged $2.50 per person for tea, only one pot of tea was served. Daylight robbery and we won't go back again ever.

The food is fresh but when it sits on the counter waiting to be served it isn't good. I had a Bento with fresh salmon, it was all quite good but my husband had beef teriyaki and the portion left so much to be desired. There was only one other person in the restaurant when we got there, a couple came in with their toddler, they were sat in the booth next to us and the little one was quite loud at times also there was a toddler running around in the restaurant including the kitchen, not a good place for any child. Just not a relaxing dinner. My husband came home hungry. Something wrong with this picture.Sorry for your experince. Your review helps us alot to make it better. We have changed portion of a lot of food including beef teriyaki. We will train our server how to manage sitting and serving. I thank you for your review again and hope! to see you again to experience how we change and give us your thought
