This place was pretty good, authentic, and the staff were all extremely nice. The setting is a bit strange with every table in its own room, but nonetheless the food was good. It's not the cleanest place I've ever been, but nowhere in Maputo really is. We went with two friends who had lived in China for many years, both saying that this place is the real deal.

this little familiar place has the most amazing goan dishes ! I'd suggest the sarapatel (super); the dutch souffle that is actually a local creation using the most superb ingredients on the layers of the pancakes (prawn balchao, orvem). You won't regret and will surely come back !

This is a very good restaurant in Maputo for Thai food. It is also a great meeting place with a lively cozy bar. Waiters always smiling and having fun. Great bar with great atmosphere. The owner goes out of her way to please the customers always listening to what they would like to have that is not on the menu and making sure She always has the drinks that you ask for.

Chic and relaxed spot!The restaurant has a garden that guarantees privacy and charm, without being pretentious. The food is different from the the usual, with world flavors beyond the typical Portuguese food that is repeatedly found in Maputo.You will find dishes that are innovative fusions between asian and creolle, portuguese and mozambican, moroccan and vegetarian. There are vegetarian options and the cocktails are delicious.I recommend Vegan Apa and basil gin as my favorites.Inside the restaurant there is a beautiful shop with many decorative items, clothes and shoes made in Mozambique at nice prices, too.Thank you very much for such a great review! The Thai food here is as authentic as possible, according to the ingredients that are available locally and what the restaurant can import. The ambience is ethnic and modern, although I wouldnât describe it as cozy and romantic. The dishes I recommend are: Massaman Curry, Yellow Curry and Green Curry. My wife had the Pad Thai noodles and she was not impressed.

Small restaurant with relaxed atmosphere and courteous waiters, serving great Japanese and Korean dishes. The presentation of the sushi platters is a feast for eyes, especially the "dhows" that come fully loaded with sushi pieces. The prices are in the high end so visits are far between, but very much worth it once in a while.

Last ate here about a year ago. Revisited last week with a larger party. The food remains excellent and authentic. Visited with several vegetarians this time they enjoyed the vegetarian dishes very much. The vegetarian started platter was very good. Lamb Rogan Josh is very good. Staff helpful.

This restaurant serves excellent authentic Indian food. There is indoor and outdoor eating. The latter gives views to flats which reminds me on sovjet architecture. Inside it is not very atmospheric but okay. This is not the place for a romantic dinner, but the food is so good, that I rate it as excellent. The prices are low in comparison to other restaurants in Maputo and price/quality is excellent. The service is fine.

One of the best meals i had in Maputo, and I just had to go back again once more even though i was only in town for a couple of days and there were a lot of other places i hadn't tried yet.. The place is also kid friendly - even at night, as I went for dinner both times with my 4 and 2 year old kids. Vanessa (the lovely waitress that waited on us both times) was so welcoming and even remembered what each of us ordered about 5 days ago!!Thank you very much for such a great review!
