The service was terrible! I was barely greeted and I don't think anyone smiled at me once! I felt like I was an inconvenience. The food was terrible as well- very bland and seemed to be sitting out for far too long. Pickles in sushi!?! Yuck!

Order and your food is brought to your table with a smile! A great group of employees, we enjoyed our selections. I had Mac n Cheese Truffle which was delicious! Small or large bowls to choose from.Many variations to choose from, a Rice Krispie treat to share for dessert!In the Miller Hill Mall - front side. Plenty of parking and seating. I would do it again!

Ordered wor wonton quart $7, shrimp almond dig $9. Arrived timely, but food was inedible. Almost all giant veggie chunks, not chopped up, minimal chicken, 4 shrimps like rubber, decent broth. The shrimp almond ding was a total slop mess. 3 shrimps in the whole pint container, sauce burned, inedible. They should have just said no.

This was our first time to Hanabi. Ambience is functional and a bit underwhelming. Service was fine, but the food did take a bit of time, which was surprising based on the busyness of the restaurant. Food was quite tasty and the price was pretty fair.

We recently met up with friends at Osaka for dinner. We had some great sushi - spicy tuna is my favorite! Also had the traditional hibachi dinner (not the grill this time, but we have done it and it's great dinner entertainment - kids love it!). My husband is a self-proclaimed "Bloody Mary connoisseur" Believe it or not, this place has one of the best Bloody Mary's in the area! We even went back a few weeks later to have them again. Yum. All the food was very good and we all agreed we'd be back soon.

I love vintage buildings...and this restaurant offers a fun atmosphere! We were there for a quick meal -- we ordered cheese burgers, mac and cheese, a Reuben sandwich and a big hot pretzel.The fries were fabulous...the burgers fantastic. The Reuben did not disappoint!! The mac and cheese was good along with the hot pretzel. The service was friendly and well done. The pretzel was not the best I have ever had...but still enjoyable. I will most definitely be back...and I will get that Reuben again for absolute sure!!! There are games for kids to play with -- it is a very family friendly place. The dining is upstairs however there is an elevator for those who prefer not to use steps.This is a definite place to try when you are in Duluth!!!
