Blowfish (which is (really) anglicized from the Korean as Fuku fish), prepared as sashimi, sushi, stew and soup. Clearly a popular restaurant with locals, with friendly service, although having tried blowfish once we wouldn't choose it over other fish. Rather rubbery and tasteless. Eat it for the novelty value, and being able to say "I ate poison fish, and lived !" The restaurant serves a killer (pun intended) Okonomiyaki. Not easy to find this place. It is in a small square set back from the main road one block north of the Paradise Hotel, and behind the Kia showroom and sand coloured Meriel Hotel building. Look for the circular red 24 hour sign on the main road and head into the car park.

Lovely BBQ restaurant with amazing service. Were initially looking for a beef bbq but were pleasantly surprised with Anga. Wonderful delicious pork seasoned in either spicy or soy sauce. The assorted condiments were lovely and you received a never ending supply of salad. Priced well, superb service and tasty food, what more could you ask for!

This restaurant is just located next to Busan train station. Tried other pork soup nearby at jalgachi and find that this restaurant is not that porky smell. Simple menu with about 4 different types. Could not understand the menu in English, Guess it was translated directly from Korean. We tried their intestine(pigs stomach), their speciality porkbone soup and soup with a plate of sliced pork. One of us tasted and find that the soup doesn't really taste the same. But all tasted really good and refreshing. It doesn't have a strong porky smell Nor the taste. We saw the locals sitting next to us that they put the Chilli paste and shrimp into their soup. Guess that's how the local eats.

Located near the beach and in an area full of restaurants, this restaurant serves up a good variety of Indian dishes. Staff speak good English and service is very good and quick but for me, having been exposed to punjabi food in the UK, the food here was of an average taste. Good if you need a break from local cuisine.

Busan is famous for gukbap. If you have time for only one, this is if! I had two other versions but were disappointed. The soup is flavourful and pork slices generous. Staff were friendly and helpful too which I find rare in Korea.

We enjoyed eating at this hot pot style restaurant. We chose the shrimp and octopus for our main seafood ingredients but there also was a third option of tripe. Prices quoted in the menu were per person. We selected the medium spiciness and it turned out to be the right amount of heat for us. For an extra 1500 won, we added instant ramen noodles which was a good choice to complement our hot pot. Our table seemed a bit tight for the four of us with our plates and utensils plus the butane burner. Luckily our server did most of the cooking for us and then we just served ourselves.Overall, once all the ingredients were mixed together it was a delicious meal that satisfied all of us.

This is one of the best buffets we have experienced anywhere in the world. The range of food was truly international, and all the dishes were fresh. The little touches like fresh organic fruit/vegetable shooters and other individually plated dishes really set it apart from other buffets.

This restaurant is known as the best samgyetang (whole chicken and ginseng soup) in Korea, and it lives up to it's name, and then some! Not only is the soup superb in flavor and tenderness, the side dishes (Kimchi, peppers, etc.) are the best I've ever tasted. No joke. The lady and her son who run the place are very sweet, and the son speaks English fluently. A ++++ in every category, and it's a unique hole in the wall to boot. After walking around BIFF for about 4 hours it was a good decision to have late lunch in this restaurant. I got this set of soybean paste stew with Beef it was a perfect combination with rice with vegetable in the side. When you put in the stew in the rice it yum!!! I love it!
