Our service for party of six was woefully inadequate. When we were seated the hostess said if our server looked like he was having trouble taking care of us they would help out. What was this all about? Certainly started out in the wrong direction. Service was indeed not good, but the staff didnât help out. Miscounted number of waters. The missing one never arrived. Drinks came only after we asked about it. Salmon was undercooked for two. Food came out not all at once, so some in the party had a cold entree. They looked about half full, with plenty of staff, so seems like managerial issues.Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so sorry that your experience did not meet our high standards. Fried chicken TDF. Tender juicy crisp spiced just right. Last Friday was a special Fried Chicken dinner that I hope they do again soon. Great restaurant that has very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff of bartenders and servers. The price was fantastic. Fried chicken, Mac and cheese and home made biscuits with Palisade peach cobbler for desert. Canât wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. Oh. The happy hour prices are great too. Those are some high regards for our fried chicken and we agree! My wife and I at Saltgrass regularly and bring guest occasionally. I am a member of their Select Club, a no cost membership which gives perks. Saltgrass is primarily a steakhouse. It reminds me of the independent steakhouse throughout the Western US.The food is usually what one would expect as far as quality of ingredients and preparation.One item of contention is with their Texas cheese steak sandwich, which my wife and I enjoy. A few months back they started serving it on a metal tray with a paper liner. The presentation looked cheap and since this is a fork and knife meal, one ends up with much shredded paper, ewe. Last time we ordered this meal we asked if it could be served on a normal plate without the liner. The server accommodated our request without a flinch.The service is usually prompt and always polite.The price is what you would expect from a steakhouse. This isnât a discount dining experience, but is in line with most.I like the atmosphere. It is clean and cozy. Some people might be put off by the trophy heads on the wall or the country music.As I said earlier this is a local favorite of ours.

Bonefish Grill consistently provides attentive service and perfectly cooked seafood to customers. I had the Cobia (a white fish similar to halibut) while my friend had the Sea Bass, both beautifully seasoned dishes. I chose the Chimichurri sauce for the Cobia which gave the fish a fresh, lemony herbal flair. We opted for the $55 dinner option for two people but replaced the Bang Bank Shrimp (my friend had allergies) with the Brussels Sprouts w/Ham which was delicious. Sides of Jasmine Rice and Green Beans were very complimentary to the main dishes. Drinks were pricey as was dinner as a whole (if you don't opt for the "Dinner for 2" combo) but worth it if you want to treat yourself to a dinner worth the price.

We ordered the thin crust pizza, which I usually LOVE at the BJ's near our home. It was delivered to our table just moderately warm. I'm guessing the waitress took awhile to get it to our table after it was ready. When the check came, I saw I was charged to substitute bell pepper instead of sausage. Come on...bell pepper is such a cheaper ingredient. There was no mention of an extra charge when I ordered the pizza.

Early Bird has one of the best weekend brunches around! It is just so hard to decide what to order each time.On this most recent visit, we started with vanilla lattes and cappuccinos and they were delicious. The pancakes, eggs, biscuits, huevos rancheros, breakfast potatoes, and sausages were all tasty and plentiful. I don't believe there is anything bad on this menu.You get great service, delicious food, and huge portions when dining here. I will be back!
