As I arrived, I received a warm welcome, the staff is really friendly. I asked the waiter to give me a brief review of their menu and to offer me something he would gladly eat any time. I had a bacon cheese burger that was succulent, had amazing texture, was actually medium-rare as I asked, so comparing it to other Japanese burgers I would give it 100/100.Unfortunately the burger fell apart pretty easily, which I do not like to experience, because burgers are obviously meant to be eaten as one, not in parts with fork and knife. The bacon for me at least was extremely thick and hard to chew. The potatoes were very average both in texture and taste.The price of the burger with side was a bit over average, 1500¥, around $15, 14⬠or £11, soft drinks were average priced, all cost 380¥, but beer prices were simply ridiculous. A pint of draft beer cost 1080¥, so $10 or 9,5⬠or £7,5. At least appetizers were reasonable, I ordered a nachos and it cost 580¥.Altogether I had a very pleasant experience, but if I'd have to rate their burger on an international level, well I would be something around 67/100. The beer was expensive but good, 81/100, nachos, cheap and good, 86/100.

Ate here twice. Close to my hotel so was nice to get some non Asian food after two weeks of travel in Asia (no offense, an American needs some home food now and then). Smoking setion was a plus. Service was excellent and very friendly. Prime Rib nigordered ht - medium - prime rib came out med rare and was not warm - but room temp. Sent back asked for medium - came out medium rare again was lukewarm - gave up and ate it. was very tender - i like my meat at least somewhat hot. sides were great. Second night ordered rib steak and half ribs - again service excellent - manager greated me as he remembered me from previous time (nice). Steaks certainly do not come out like their poictures with grill/hash marks on them - def not a real grill they are grilling on as the meat comes out kind of grey in color. ribs were cold steak while cooked correctly was not very warm. sent food back - came out hot second time. my impression is that the food sits too long prior to being run to the table - or is not sitting under warming equipment perhaps. But dont expect a beautifully hash marked steak as in their pictures or a nice char on the steak - not going to happen. Again excellent service - good food butif you like hot steak be prepared.

Went for breakfast before catching train into Tokyo city.Had to wait a short while for table for 5 so popular with locals and tourists alike,Proper English/American style breakfast including endless coffee.Food was all excellent and the price very reasonable.Also plenty of cakes, etc on display which we didn't partake of.Definitely recommended for tasty, cheap breakfast.

I live close to the restaurant, but didnât know that it existed until two weeks ago! What a treat! The Roast Beef Sandwich is probably the best roast beef that Iâve ever had. Iâll be back to try the burgers, which, admittedly, are expensive (the Double Cheeseburger is close to $40). TGIF standards, burgers, ribs, salads etc. Staff service was very good, attentive without being overbearing got all orders tight made sure drinks were topped up. We enjoyed out meals and evening after a big day sightseeing. There is smoking inside restaurant so make sure you specify you want non smoking if that's your thing. Pricing was a little more expensive than we'd expected in comparison to our home town but it wasn't outrageous and TGIF is within a hotel complex so only natural overheads are higher. Recommend if looking for a change from the local food and looking for a family/casual dining option.

After a week in Asia eating local cuisine I fancied some steak and so headed to Lawry's The Prime Rib in Ebisu. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the East Exit of Ebisu station up the hill to the restaurant. The ambiance and decor inside Lawry's is excellent and is the perfect setting for that special occasion meal or romantic dinner date. The menu is all about the Prime Rib and you can choose your cut (weight). I went for the 6oz English Cut (sliced) medium-well done. Your beef is served directly from the Lawry's cart, with a spun salad to the side, (which is made fresh in front of you), and mashed potato, gravy, horseradish and Yorkshire pudding. You can order extra sides of vegetables (I had peas) which cost around JPY600 each!! I started with a bowl of Clam Chowder which was very good and the warm fresh bread it came with was delicious. All the food was to a high standard and was delicious, the ambiance was great and the service was attentive (in fact there seemed too many staff to me, they seemed to walk around in pairs!) but the price is high. My bill, not including any alcoholic drinks I just had one small mineral water, can to JPY9,200 (GB£65 or USD85) which to me is somewhat expensive. If you had a dessert and a couple of cocktails you could easily get up to (USD120) a head... This is Fine Dining. There are now 3 Lawry's restaurants in the whole of Japan. After a long day of exploring Tokyo, I found myself starving. I wandered around looking for the right spot. Luckily I found my way into Burgee Revolution Tokyo. I ordered the matsusaka beef version of their bacon egg and cheese burger. The burger itself was tender and rich. Gooey cheese. Perfectly cooked egg. Onion and pickle gave the right about of bite to cut the richness. Excellent bun. My favorite burger in Japan by far and one of the best Iâve had in a while at home or abroad. I recently had dinner with friends at Cedros, my favorite restaurant in Tokyo. It is always a highlight of my trip there! The food and service are outstanding and brothers, Lui and Yui always make everyone feel very welcome. This visit, we sampled everything from salad to dessert and each dish was amazingly fresh and flavorful. They specialize in California style seafood which is always a welcome change when visiting a foreign destination. You canât go wrong by putting yourself in their capable hands and enjoying a memorable evening!
