A small park not far from the Palm street shopping mall. People come here to relax. People are running, doing Tai Chi, walking their dogs or just sitting on the bench feeding pigeons .A great place to get away from the city life.

Enjoyable night out with quite a bit of excitement about the crowd, which was sizable as the evening wore on with many coming after work. This was helped by the fact that entry was only JPY100. Food and drink was all reasonably priced with a wide choice available. Overall, facilities were excellent, new and well considered. A nice evening out!

Tennozu Isle

Looking from afar, or from the passing Monorail (which stops here) you might not think there's much reason to go. But there's a really good brewery- restaurant, several good restaurants (including a pizzeria with almost- as- good- as- Napoli pizza), nice walks along the canal and across the bridge, a ball field which is often used by kids and families, great people- watching. There is a nice hotel nearby as well, and in addition to the overhead Monorail to Haneda Airport or Hamamatsuchou, there's an underground railway one stop away from Odaiba. It's kind of dead on weekends but otherwise it's buzzing.

I'm no art expert, but I was more than impressed by the exhibits at this charming little museum. As the previous reviewers have mentioned, the space in this former residence has been very well utilised -it's got just the right amount of art, at the right spots. I especially enjoyed having a leisurely afternoon tea in the sculpture garden, alone with my thoughts on the highly introspective exhibits (especially the meditation one!). Overall a pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

megurogawa MINNA no ILLUMI

Along the Meguro River, trees burn bright blue and pink for the Illumination festivities. Crafted to turn the drab winter scenery into a dreamscape that delights the imagination and charms the senses, thousands of LED lights are used to brighten the river walk during the Meguro Illumination. Most impressive of all the displays is the "Sakura Namiki" Illumination, which singularly utilizes nearly 160,000 LEDs to recreate the springtime burst of delicate magenta cherry blossoms. Also unmissable is the "Kodomotachi no Yume Tree", or Children's Dream Tree, constructed from recycled bottles and lit by the green energy created by passing foot traffic.
