There were 12 if us, extended family and Babe's was a much anticipated dinner destination. Entrees were fried chicken, chicken atrios and catfish. The chicken was wonderful, and ir was reported that the strips and catfish were outstanding. It's all family style, so the sides, fabulous corn, old fashioned green beans, salad, mashed potatoes and gravy were perfect and the biscuits to die for. Our wait staff were attentive and were great with the six children, ages 3 to 9. The decor is funny abd the occasional dancing is fun. We will definitely be back!

My coworker and I found this place by accident while passing through on the way to DFW. The atmosphere was laidback and the food was excellent! Only problem was that they donât have much signage around town to guide people to their location. Seriously delicious food!

Best Chicken Fried Steak in a very fun atmosphere! It was crispy and prepared on site. My hubby had a delicious chopped steak smothered in sautéed onions. The band was terrible. thank you for your comments we really appreciate you feedback

The subway does not live up to the name. The place is dirty and the vegetables are either not ripe, or on the verge of being bad. The chicken breast looked like it had been heated for about three days. When I pointed out to the artist that my tomatoes were not ripe, she said don't worry about it they're all the same.
