Picked this place for a business lunch with a Ronkonkoma client last week after remembering how great they were last summer. We had stopped in here with our whole boyâs lacrosse team after our tournament out at Sachem and it was great! Without calling ahead, they easily fit all of us in the back room. The prices and food were great for a ton of hungry boys after playing all day and us coaches & dads got to enjoy a well-deserved cold beer after long, hot day on the field. Last week we had great service from a friendly staff great food again. The $10 specials on Monday was a nice surprise. We will be back after this yearâs tourney with our team for sure!

We don't go here that often but when we do it's an enjoyable time. No complaints. Plenty of parking, although the side entrance to Hawkins can be a bit tricky.

Met a friend for lunch today at "Javier's Café". The food was fabulous!! I couldn't find anything on the menu I didn't like!! Finally decided on the "Ovengold Turkey Sandwich", with a side of French Fries. They offer both Breakfast and Lunch from 6am through 3pm, the hours they are open, so if you want French Toast, eggs, or pancakes for lunch, this is your place!! The service was friendly, and efficient. The restaurant is small in size, and was full at the time we were there, so it does have a tendency to be somewhat noisy. Parking is easy, as there is ample parking in the rear of the restaurant, and an entrance from the parking lot, as well. I will definitely be going back soon, and I recommend it highly to others!!

My husband and I attended a memorial luncheon. The food was outstanding. We loved all the selections of the buffet expecially the Chicken Franchaise. They had dining outside also and the younger adults really enjoyed that. The service was excellent.

Nice place to meet some friends for a drink. There are small tables by the bar to enjoy a meal as well. We usually sit there and split a meal as it's more than enough for two. The drinks are tasty and the service is very good. Will definatly go back another day.

The kitchen served browned lettuce ends, I hate that, that started me down hill. Beer came with one cold glass and the other beers use the same glass, I hate that too, the main three meat barbecue was just meant to run the bill up, 22 + 4 + 1 = 27 for a $60 total. Ya know, Its just a slam bam road warrior eat place. Not worth it at all.

Never disappointed in this place. The food is awesome, the service is fantastic and the drinks are made well. My friend and I shared a Tuscan steak perfectly cooked to our liking a wedge salad and lobster tails and dessert. Everything was perfect, will definitely visit again.
