This place is great to enjoy a good coffee and snacks. Very close to parque guayaquil or "parque infantil", this cozy café provides you a nice ambiance and cool music while you enjoy good coffee and a sandwich. In my case, I order a shake with Hershey chocolate and a chicken sandwich. I totally recommend this place. The food and drink was great and the owner was very friendly.

Estuve de paso en Riobamba y un gran amigo me recomendo desayunar en el metro cafe, fue una excelente eleccion, me servieron un desayuno estilo americano, con cafe, tostadas, jugo de naranja, una deliciosa omelet con queso, jamon y vejetales junto a unos cubitos de papas salteados, todo eso por apenas 2,50 dolares. Aprovechen mientras se mantienen estos precios. Como bono extra el servicio que dan es muy bueno. Ademas al frente del local hay una agencia de viajes que hace tours en bicicleta desde el volcan chimborazo.

Abby Road is a standard bar, What sets it apart from other's in Riobamba is it's lower price on mixed drinks, use of real cheese on the nachos, and nice terrace seating to watch the world go by on the Avenue. It's a little dark and loud if you are looking for a place to socialize, but I frequent this with my friends and we always have a nice time. Good for bigger groups.Be warned, you pay as you drink, the waitress takes your money when she delivers your drinks.
