Things to do in Riobamba
The best option in Argentine-style grilled meats in the city, in a sporty and cozy atmosphere. Top quality meat cuts
This place looked inviting, so in we went. There was a wide range of steaks available, and we ordered. Despite bottles on display, they didn't have any of the Latitud Cero craft beer, so we had aqua con gas in preference to Pilsener. The meal took a long time to arrive, and when it did we were a little underwhelmed. Even in an Argentinian restaurant I wasn't expecting parilla standards, but my steak was thick and severely undercooked. in the middle. Service was casual. At least it was cheap!
Delicious sandwiches with meat made in a wood oven with fresh ingredients and homemade bread guarantee the best fast food experience in the city.
It's hard to find a good place of sanduches but it's got all the turkey I loved A good atmosphere 100

Decent cafe, friendly and fast service. Got by with a mixture of our limited spanish and the waiter's slightly better english. Turned up just before they closed and got three hot fried large snacks - mixture of chicken, pork, cheese, potato, plantain etc. With a tasty/spicy sauce and a couple of hot drinks for $6.

We visited this place thanks to a friend staying in the hotel...and I am so thankful! The interior is so beautiful and peaceful and an amazing cavern bar. A fresh appetizer is served with nachos and guacamole. We ordered different simple dishes: salad, empanadas and soup. All simply amazing! My favorite was the coconut mill quinoa soup! Loved it!
Hands down, one of the best restaurants in Ecuador! We found this gem while driving around Riobamba trying find a place recommended in a guidebook that didnât even exist. It has a great selection of seafood dishes, and the service is impeccable ⦠enough said ⦠definitely will come back if weâre in the area!
Authentic Ecuadorian Restaurant. We have been present in Riobamba since 1960, which guarantees the quality and delicious flavor of our dishes.
Lentejitas has been around forever! Itâs not centrally located for people visiting Riobamba but definitely try to stop there for some authentic Ecuadorian food. This is a place very popular with the locals, it has a daily âalmuerzoâ a lunch menu that includes the soup of the day, an entree and a freshly made juice. Itâs pretty hearty. They also have the classics from their main menu and those portions aré bigger. Their specialty is a goat stew, very yummy! They do have options for vegetarians. I visit Letejitas every time I return to Riobamba.

This is a new place in town, owned by millennials and set in an industrial interior decor scenery. Fast food cooked with love, cheap yet chic, plenty of locals with a nice view from the streets. Go there, ask for a Club beer with a steak crepe, finish it with a coffee and some smiles.

Very fine food, probably one of the best in Riobamba, mix between ecuadorian highland and a Peruvian chef. Some dishes a little to cheesy, but generally very very good. I prefere the pulpo al olivo. Shrimps in quinao, or the crabsclaws kn quinoa.

I went to this restaurant with a couple of friends including locals when I recently visited Ecuador, and I have to say it was the highlight of my short trip there. We ordered a bunch of basic appetizers and shared main courses including delicious charcoal-grilled, tender, juicy beef and chicken. But what stood out was the mouthwatering shrimp platter which was to-die-for ! By far the best shrimp I have ever had. Alongside the superb food, the service was excellent and on-point. The food arrived on time, was hot, and cooked as requested. Also, the very friendly server approached the table at well-timed intervals and didn't bother us at all.Prices are very fair; I would even pay more because the quality of food and service is amazing.Five stars is an understatement ! Visit Bonny now !!
