The menu is varied enough that you could do this all week. I love everything. The chicken and waffle, the veggie plate with field peas, the sweet potatoes, fried okra- the milkshakes - the fried pies with ice cream, the frozen lemonade, the waffles fries WITH ice cream (try it!) and the service is ALWAYS the best.

Got lunch at Pippin's. The BBQ is good ole fashioned Georgia BBQ. The Brunswick stew was so good I bought a quart to take home. The staff was friendly. If you like BBQ and stew, don't miss this place.

Happened to find this restaurant when taking a detour off the expressway due to 75N being almost shut down, We were stressed out, tired and hungry and not in a good mood. This restaurant was a turning point in our trip through Georgia! It offered welcoming staff, a warm atmosphere and good home cooking! Everyone in our family LOVED their meals. They were so sweet to our 7 year old daughter too! The food was so good that I will make the stop there again! Get off the highway! You never know what awesome little restaurant you will find!

Four couples met at Longhorn for dinner - One couple was a little late - but Longhorn was in the middle of shift change - getting our table setup for 8 people and we had to wait 10 min for a server - Which ended up being perfect - same time the fourth couple arrived We were all seated immediately - OUR SWEET SERVER WAS VERY ATTENTIVE ALL EVENING. She brought out "HOT BREAD" - took our orders - brought our salads - As always I ordered THE NAPA GRILLED CHICKEN along with mashed potatoes (as did one of the other ladies) ALWAYS DELICIOUS .My husband had the chopped steak with baked sweet potato and salad...the other six had steaks - cooked to perfection - baked potatoes and salads as well... A VERY PLEASANT EVENING... then - all 8 of us - came back to our home for dessert and coffee and great conversation. THANK YOU LONGHORN FOR A LOVELY EVENING ...we will most definitely return soon.

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
My wife and I were among those who had evacuated our home to avoid Hurricane Florence, and we spent a couple of nights in McDonough. O'Charley's was across the street, and we decided to give it a try. We're glad we did! To start, the service is wonderful. Not knowing if our house might be there when we got home, our waitress was a breath of fresh air. She made my wife's day when she asked for her ID after my wife ordered a margarita. Our waitress was also extremely attentive, very nice, and had a great sense of humor. My wife had the California chicken salad, which she found very tasty. The New Orleans cajun chicken pasta, which was my entree, was phenomenal.

There is nothing spectacular about Cracker Barrel but when we are on a trip and unfamiliar with the area and HUNGRY we can always count on Cracker Barrel to have a restaurant near the interstate and serve decent food.I got the catfish and my wife got the chicken along with extra vegetables and it was all good. Our server was great and the bathroom was spotless. Add that to fair prices and adequate portions and you can't go wrong. We are stopping here on our return trip:)

My husband and I were spending the day with our grandson, and thought we would take him somewhere different to eat. First, let me say this a clean place, the server was attentive, and the interior is retro with vintage pictures and other knick-knacks. I ordered the full size "Ava Gardner salad with grilled chicken I asked for the full size as this was to be my main meal of the day. My husband got a chili dog and fries. Our grandson got the grilled cheese and applesause from the kids menu, plus we each had iced tea. I received my salad, and it was small, in a regular soup size bowl. I asked if they brought me the full size and was assured it was. It was pretty good, but not $9.00 worth of good, especially for the small size. My husband said the chili dog was ok, but nothing special. The total came to $29.04, which, for what we had, very overpriced. After we left, my husband said "Never Again". I would not recommend .

I love good country cooking. I ordered cream style corn, Mac and cheese, collards, chicken and dumplings with green bean casserole. The corn was tough with very little or no seasoning. The Mac and cheese was baked but cold. The collards were average. Needs onion or garlic. As for the chicken and dumplings, I couldnât get myself to finish it. A green bean casserole is so easy and so delicious when cooked properly. It tasted like yesterdayâs. It was the price and reviews on TA that drew me here for the first time. They were very busy and it was a long wait for the food. I donât think the people in this Town has ever had Good Southern Soul Food Cooking... what a missed opportunity . What a difference a little seasoning, onions and garlic, would add to this restaurant. Put the love â¤ï¸ back in your cooking.

Went to this place on the recommendation of a neighbor. So glad we did! We have had pizza, sandwiches, appetizers, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. We haven't found anything we didn't enjoy on 3 separate visits. We like the cozy pub atmosphere. The only problem we have had was one Friday evening when the computer went down and we had to have another beer while waiting to be able to pay the check. It was tough. I know that IPAs are the thing in beer right now, but I would like a little more selection of amber or dark ales. They do have Guinness on tap, so it was all good.

In the late 1950s, Truett began experimenting with different seasonings and faster ways of preparing a great tasting chicken sandwich. By the early â60s, he had developed the winning taste combination and cooking technique that led to the now famous Chick
How could anyone complain about the food. It was delicious as always. The thing that sets this one apart from other Chick-fil-a's is the decor. It is wonderful. Old Indian motocycle with side car, seating in what looks like a trolley car, an old car from the '20's and an electric train running around the wall just below the ceiling.
