We passed Nicky's on our way to somewhere else and took note of a very crowded parking lot at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. On our way back, we decided to give this restaurant a try and we were glad we did. In an unpretentious dining room, we were politely seated and given a menu and a list of specials! Wow! a bottle of Pinot Grigio wine for $14.95 (Yellow Tail). My wife ordered Chickem Parm and received a huge plate of sumptuous Italian heaven she could not finish, She can't wait to finish later this week at home. I ordered the fish and chips which came with delightfully breaded flavorful fish, Fries, Onion rings, Cole slaw and Clam Chowder. On an impulse, I decided to also order a small side of Whole Bellied Fried Clams. I was astonished when an enormous pile of perfectly cooked fried clams were delivered. My wife helped me finish the clams! We thoroughly enjoyed this feast and all for slightly more than $50 which included the wine! The restaurant epitomizes the moniker of Family Dining, which I take to mean large portions of great food great food very affordably priced! I highly recommended that you give Nicky's a try! We are planning to go back soon!

We've eaten here several times. Consistency is welcome, mostly, with average to good menu items but rather lengthy waits. Busy with seniors, children and in betweeners the menu is large. Stick to the appetizers and sandwiches; the other items run more to average quality.Service is competent, a bit slow but helpful. Good beer choices and reasonable pricing. Quirky, with a balloon 'artist' making table stops where kids are eating (many tables) that gets annoying as they pop and add to what becomes a noisy background.

My husband and I stop here for lunch on Sunday. We have been at the this location a few times and no problem. Yesterday when we there they were not busy it was half empty. The waitress took our drink order and went to them which took about 10 minutes for her to come back and our meal order. Our meals were what we ordered about 20 minutes later. When she finally came back we ask for the check it took her 15 minutes to bring it to us. She went to a table behind my husband three times and didn't stop to see if the we were all set. My husband had enough and went to our vehicle. It was another 10 minutes and she ignored me at the table waiting to hand her out paid bill. This was another 10 minutes. She was takin an order across form where I was. This needs to be addressed by management. Customers shouldn't have to wait a half another for a waitress to pick up the paid bill.

Visited Union Street Grill late Sunday evening. The restaurant was fairly quiet and I grabbed a seat at the bar.Draft selection was generic and limited. Food menu was quite extensive. I ordered the Reuben with a side of onion rings. The Reuben was decent, with tender beef. The onion rings were outstanding - perhaps the best I have had. Lightly battered and fried perfectly.Service late at night was a little slow, but understood as they were getting things restocked to close.Would visit again.

Your local British pub with an American address!
Sadly this restaurant has declined significantly. I get the sense that itâs going out of business like the other ones. It used to be a great place, but has declined significantly. Just left and the place is half full on a Saturday night. Even then, they donât have enough people to keep the place running. Manager took ten minutes to come out because she had to do dishes. What happened? Food was terrible.

Went here on 3/24/19 for an early dinner. I had the Rib Eye, and my companion had the Baby Back Ribs. Both meals were well prepared and we enjoyed them. Service was prompt and friendly. The only downside was the presence of a party of about 12 VERY noisy women at a table on the other side of the room. Their conversation was so loud as to make us feel that we were seated at their table. It was VERY refreshing and pleasant to see this group leave the restaurant! After their departure, the atmosphere was much more pleasant. (Honestly, due to the noise in the room, we were prepared to leave the restaurant and go to a neighboring eatery. )

My first time here-Ordered this dish called Bennies with a Twist. Eggs Benedict, add crab cake and a tomato-perfection! The hollandaise sauce was so deliciously smooth and the layers of flavor were worth overstuffing myself! A little wait to be seated due to the popularity of this place but itâs certainly worth it. My parents go often and say they havenât found a dish they donât like yet!

We eat here often so nothing surprised us on our recent visit except our server, Paige, was terrific. Friendly service like hers really enhances a meal. I hope she's there next time we visit.

This place is wonderful! A great way to spend a nice breakfast or lunch with family or, if you need a little 'alone' time, go by yourself and sit at the 'bar'. Food is delicious and the portions are generous. The folks who work there are efficient and super nice. Prices are very reasonable. The only thing I think could be improved is the coffee. It seems a little on the weak side. I remember that years ago it seemed a little weak, then it improved and now it seems a little weak again. But, this may be personal preference. Anyway, yes! Go to King Street Cafe for a great breakfast or lunch! You'll be glad you did!
