Had never eaten in this chain before, but was good. The menu describes the hamburgers as double, triple meat etc, but don't let that scare you off, patties are smaller and a double equals one big hamburger elsewhere. Good prices, quick service

Visited the drive through on my way to an evening meeting. There were two cars in front of me. Service at the window was extremely slow. It would have been quicker to have gone in (or maybe not).Staff were friendly enough but not a place to choose if you are in a hurry. This was at 6.40 in the evening, not like it was peak time.Food was just ok - nothing exciting about a burger but it was something I could eat on the go.

With ihops you are guaranteed a bad experience. Each time my family and I visited the ihops in Dalton our visit ended horribly. Hair in the food, dirty booths, long wait time--the wait staff tries, I will give that compliment, and the manager seems nice--being nice does not take away the fact that the food and environment are horrible. Dalton has many good restaurants, however, ihops is not one of them. If you want good pancakes, go to Cracker Barrel--you get your moneys worth as well as a delicious meal.
