Reviewed By BuggyBPGAs usual I had a lot of fun during my stay here. Staff were on point and the weird hobos outside were cool to talk to. I had me a noice meal at the outback next door where I proceeded to get pretty wasted so it was good that I could stumble back to my room. Rooms come with a minifridge and old underpowered microwave unit. Bathrooms could use a bit of an overhaul. Great time overall though, as always. Take advantage of the breakfast! I like to hit up the bagels before I hop on the public computer to play some roblox.

I am shocked with how nice they are. Its refreshing to see it.. KUDOS Holiday Inn Express for hiring this great group of employees. We are here for America East Conferences and they have gone out of their way for all of our swimmers w multiple D1 colleges staying here.

Reviewed By joeandmaryannpMy wife and I were traveling home from Maine, but due to rain, traffic and nightfall, decided to find a place to stay. While clean enough, I can't recommend the Comfort Inn in Auburn to fellow travelers. The Google rating is 4.2 but I expect many of the reviews are fake. The worn room interior, sandbag pillows, and forlorn location could be overlooked if the price had not been $179 per night (with triple A discount and taxes)! And that on a Sunday with a virtually empty hotel. Breakfast was rock bottom. Everything in a plastic package. I figured a bagel might be okay with my lukewarm coffee only to find that they didn't stock packets of honey or jelly. That was a first.

Excellent Place to Stay
Reviewed By Frank PThe hotel is located back from the main road overlooking the Black Brooke Reservoir. It is a quiet, lovely location. The rooms were very clean, the front desk people welcoming and helpful, and the complimentary hot breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By Reviewer2332This place had a fire in February 2020 but are still taking reservations on the Marriot website. We had no idea this place has been closed for over two years and they waited until one week prior to our arrival to tell us it was closed. Shame on Marriott. We ended up having to put over 100 extra miles on our car because we were rebooked at a hotel over 20 miles away. This has been a horrible stressful experience.
