Great location, easy parking and comfortable room
Reviewed By Karen LWe stayed here one night. Friendly help from Pantxika who helped us up the stairs (no elevator!) with our luggage and gave us excellent restaurant suggestions. The towels could use a refresh -- my only "ding".

Ideal location for starting the Camino. Very peaceful and quiet.
Reviewed By SusanMThis is a superb location for anyone starting the Camino walk from St. Jean to Ronscevalles. It's on the route, a couple of km outside St. Jean, so you've a good start in the morning and a little part of that initial steep climb done. We booked one of the twin rooms and it was ideal with its own private bathroom too. It's so peaceful so you're assured of a good night's rest. We felt very welcome when we arrived and were given a welcome drink as soon as we'd settled in.

Stay overnight before crossing the Pyrennees on foot
Reviewed By GRAND-VOYAGEUR6This is a decent place to stay overnight before climbing the Pyrennees. The lady owing the shelter is very energetic and quite friendly. Sabine knows about everything around St-Jean-P-P. The food in the restaurant is quite good.

Reviewed By Micmart77Idéal après une soirée blanche au Jardin d'Eyrignac à cause de sa proximité. Chambres calmes très bon marché avec un excellent petit déjeuner à la française et ses confitures maison. La literie très basse n'est malheureusement pas très confortable pour y rester plusieurs jours. Les WC et la salle de bains sont communs aux 3 chambres.

Reviewed By Debra NWhat an amazing village chateaux, owned and run by an extraordinary couple, Ron and Jenny. The châteaux has been lovingly restored and is both grand and elegant. It has a warm and homely feel about the place. I stayed on two different occasions during my trip and each time the room was an absolute delight, opulent yet cosy. The courtyard to the front is the perfect place for a glass or two. Jenny and Ron are your perfect hosts, happy to share or give you complete privacy during your stay.

Le Mas des Landes is between the Atlantic ocean and the Leon lake (6 km). It offers 2 housings for 4 and 6 people, with bathroom, kitchen, terrasse ans barbecue. A room for 2 persons is also available, with its own bathroom. All places have an air conditioner. The warmed swimming pool is open from May to September. Closest restaurants and shops are at 2km.

Quelles belles chambres, quel beau jardin, quel accueil ! Le petit déjeuner était parfait aussi. On a quitté avec de bons souvenirs. Merci beaucoup.

Beautiful Relaxing Villa with lots of activities!
Reviewed By samraussieDon't usually review places but loved our stay here, celebrating a birthday. Perfect spot to relax or be active. We loved our beautiful, 'beachy' room overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and golf course. Really enjoyed the active options nearby, close enough to borrow the bikes and cycle to, including golf, a Water Slide Park and ropes course amongst the trees. Rooms were clean and comfortable and loved the substantial breakfast to eat by the pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Reviewed By AlmapbNo pudimos ir por inundaciones y circunstancias metereológicas excepcionales. Viajar a Bayona estaba desaconsejado. No nos daban opción de ir en otra fecha. Las comunicaciones mal. Escribimos para cancelarlo y no hubo respuesta. Previamente nos dijeron que si lo alquilaban nos dejaban ir otro día. Ya, lo van a alquilar con una ciudad medio inundada. Anda ya. Y cómo sé yo si lo han alquilado o no. Para cuando se levantó la alerta roja no podíamos ir. Estábamos lejos. Deberían tener otra consideración cuando se trata de algo externo que ha provocado no poder ir. Conclusión: se podría conseguir que te reembolsaran el dinero o que te ofrecieran otro día ya que como consumidores tenemos ese derecho cuando se trata de una situación de alerta. Pero qué ganas...NUNCA HAY QUE COGER NADA QUE NO TENGA CANCELACIÓN GRATUITA. NO HAY QUE PAGAR NUNCA NADA POR ADELANTADO SIN POSIBILIDAD DE REEMBOLSO. TE LA JUEGAS Y SIEMPRE PUEDE HABER ALGO QUE NO ESPERES Y PIERDAS EL DINERO.

Reviewed By PiwicarrollThis property has been lovingly renovated by two gentlemen who clearly have the most amazing taste. They purchased the property 4 years ago and restored it to its former glory. The rooms are exquisite, each individually styled. Beautiful linen and the most comfortable beds. You want for nothing everything has been throughly thought out. The house sits on top of a hill which looks out into a vast green idyllic plain. The breakfast is to die for! I couldn’t recommend this B & B enough. Absolutely Stunning.
