We went to Pho Hoai for supper last night. We talked two friends into joining us, their first time, and we all enjoyed it. The servings are large and the spring rolls, again, were fabulous. My wife and I visited this establishment for the first time on Aug. 11. We are thrilled to find such a gem in Okotoks. We ordered the homemade soup and sandwiches. Fantastic! This restaurant will become a regular stop for us. They also serve breakfast.
