All rooms have coffee makers, hair dryer, refrigerators, microwaves and flat screen TVs. We also have a fitness center on the premises. One mile from Abbeville Airport on BYPASS-14. We have free internet and wireless access in all rooms. Local calls free. HBO, ESPN, CNN and more channels.

Reviewed By Navigate23252515759If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for two nights and I left after the first. Came back to my hotel on the second night at 8 PM and the smell in the room was unbearable so I just left. The first night, I go to check in and the room was disgusting. It had hairs all over the sheets, pubic hairs. Someone’s old crusty toothpaste dried on the bathroom counter. It was a no smoking room but smell of cigarette smoke also. I went back to front desk and ask for another room, he acted supposed the room was remotely dirty. They moved me one room down, to a room that the dead bolt did not work. I pushed furniture against the door to feel safe. I go in there cigarette burns on the floor and bed sheets, but it’s supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell wasn’t as bad but still stunk. The carpets were gross the walls were nasty, just everything about this room was disgusting. 10/10 don’t recommend. I wouldn’t let my chickens sleep in this room if that tells you anything.

Great location and great staff and service
Reviewed By passafiumetonyStaff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was very good and they had everything from cereal to yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage. We were there for a college graduation party and we loved the hotel, location and staff.

Very unhappy with room and staff
Reviewed By DeeDeeL35Myself and 2 other ladies stayed at the Motel 6 in Abbeville, La. First we stayed in the back part of the motel that is not attached to the lobby and/or main part. The reason we HAD to stay there was bc the other 2 ladies were not able to climb stairs, there were no bottom floor rooms. When we called we were told we could have a handicap room. The card machine was down but was assured everything would be fine when we got there on the 28th of June. Well that was not true, so we get a room around the property in the back. After traveling all day we get in our room, go meet our family and come back to rest. It is storming now and we have a almost empty roll of toilet paper, no kleenex in the proper area, no shampoo, etc. We call the front desk and are told WE MUST come to the office because she is by herself, we are at the back of the property and no covered walkway once we pass the few detattched rooms. We make do til morning, call the office at 7:15 for toilet tissue and kleenex, only to be told we would have to come get it. There was some kind of liquid on the wood floor that was black, not sure what it was. The bathroom needed some updating/cleaning/repairs. Once we turned in our cards and told the girl we were leaving the room needed supplies, she just had a blank stare on her face. She did not say 1 word....nothing!

The Ducote-Williams House Bed and Breakfast is a charming turn-of-the-century (circa late 1800s) home located in Abbeville, Louisiana. The home is beautifully restored and is full of Southern charm. It offers 2 guest suites with private baths. It is within walking distance of Downtown Abbeville and Magdalen Square, the location of many of the town's festivals and events. It also serves as a venue for special events.
Distasteful
Reviewed By tracyaQ3717QJNever received email confirmation for my reservations but owner called me four different occasions just to make sure that I was coming and even called while I am traveling to verify my arrival time because she had a party to attend which was more important than her guest .Get there and another guest is knocking on the front door for a while. She shows us our room with a messy bed and admits her help slept in it not offering to correct it in hot spot COVID Louisiana and the entire house has way too much junk in it which made me feel panic. Unfortunately I gave the key back to her help and did not stay there. Her website doesn’t give any info on cancellation policy nor did I get it on paper because she did everything verbally. I lost my money on this rotten deal and do not recommend staying at this dump which looked nothing like her photos posted on her website. I will never stay at a Bed and Breakfast ever again because of this bad experience. It’s much easier to just stay at a simple clean hotel.

Nasty and poor quality
Reviewed By shysissyThe service was very poor. Rooms were nasty. Management was very poor. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I left and went to stay and a better quality hotel for approx the same charge for rooms. Toilet broke and took 3 days to repair. Dryer didnt work. Phones dont work. Bathroom doors dont close. AC units dont work right. They even charge your credit card without your knowledge. The bedspreads clearly arent washed and the sheets only get changed when they feel like tending to them. As far as toilet paper its best to supply your own or youll be left in a bind waiting on them.

Reviewed By Timothy MClean place. Staff and manager is awesome. This is the place to stay in Abbeville. It has a continental breakfast, swimming pool, micro-fridge. It is located on the bypass. Have an awesome restaurant next door El Camino's . This is the place to stay for work or family!
