Dirty hair in bathroom
Reviewed By maryalicegardnerNeeded a place to crash on way home. Figured the stop would be safer than a funeral cuz I was so tired. I wasn’t too tired to see the dirty bathroom and hair in the sink and on the walls of the shower, stuck there near my face- gross. I was too tired to complain and haven’t the patience to deal with anyone. They said it was the only room available so didn’t see me getting a cleaner room. Disappointing- should have slept in my car for the first plan. Next time it’s motel 6- also due to the unhygenic situation I did worry about getting CoVID- it wa a obvious that those parts had not been cleaned.

Reviewed By thenewtimbushWe work a couple hours from home. Occasionally we will be too worn out to drive and we will rent a room at the Super 8. We've never been disappointed here. The room is well kept. The bed is comfortable. The shower is always the perfect temperature and the water pressure is phenomenal. We will keep coming back.

Worst experience I have ever had!
Reviewed By skiplerWe had to get a hotel late in the evening because our grandson was in Children’s Mercy and had a set back. The hotel was advertised as close but it turned out to be in a scary neighborhood. We walked in and were shocked at how dirty the room was. The sheets had cigarette burns all over it. The windows had wooden shutters that were there for security. The room looked like one booked for an hour or two for sex. We left after 5 minutes in the room. The manager told us he would cancel the room and not charge us. I was charged anyway and disputed it with charge card but because we didn’t get anything from manager (we wanted out of there & went back to hospital) I ended up having to pay for room. I can’t even describe the bathroom and the office where breakfast was supposed to be was a card table. Don’t ever ever ever book a room at this Rodeway Inn. In fact I’ll never stay at another Rodeway Inn.

Don’t waste your time or money!
Reviewed By U5061HOcourtneybAwful!! We reserved online and paid for the late checkout option at 3pm because we were going downtown and wouldn’t be back in time for regular checkout at 11am. I confirmed the late checkout during check-in and was told yes, no problem. Upon returning to checkout at 2:45pm we were informed that they didn’t have a late checkout option, they already checked us out, and we didn’t talk to him the night before. Thankfully we had removed all our personal items from the room otherwise I doubt we could’ve retrieved them! He said he wasn’t going to charge us for an additional day, and acted like he was doing me a favor when we had already made arrangements the night before. I don’t trust him, I will be watching my account! Very rude, not listening, talked down to me. I was pissed. The room was gross and didn’t match the pictures online. None of their security cameras work and their breakfast options were minimal. Will not be returning and will be warning others not to come here. Save yourself money and trouble and don’t come here.

Bedbugs and mold
Reviewed By F9458KSmichaelamWould not recommend this hotel. Room 223 has black mold and room 114 has bedbugs. When I complained about the bedbugs that I finally found upon checking out and leaving the receptionist just took down our name and phone number. Room 223 also had alot of holes in the doors and walls. The hotel itself has a vibe of violence and is very sketchy since its tucked behind the car dealership
