Reviewed By Jlcraw11I was aware this was a barebones hotel, totally fine with that. Chris, the manager, was super welcoming and friendly. However, I will never use this brand of hotel again. There is no carpet, which is great for no gross floor, but every little sound from the person above you sounds like a herd of elephants and when those elephants were silent less than 4 hours of the night, it was miserable. The walls are paper thin as well. The people next to me had a long, in depth conversation that I could actually make out the words they were saying when laying in bed. Room was clean, modern and comfortable, just bring earplugs to sleep.

Reviewed By Phil GExcellent location with a friendly staff and convenient to everything. Restaurants nearby and within walking distance.Our room was comfortable and quiet. Improvement should be made in the bath which had no grab bar and the tub was slick which kept this from being a five star review.

Newer Hilton Property - Great Location
Reviewed By robertbm376This is a newer Hilton property that will put you just west of Milwaukee off I94. The room and common areas are well maintained and clean. No swimming pool, but they have a lobby area pool table that is fun! Nice decor with a minimalist flair. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms have a very large TV. Good selection of free breakfast items. Be sure to checkout the pancake machine!

Reviewed By wolfloverEmployees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and very happy to see we had a coffee pot and supplies in our room. Many places that have breakfast no longer provide that. We left too early to have breakfast so can't comment on it. We were attending a wedding at the Chapel & Loft at Cedar Ridge, which made this hotel the perfect choice because it's only about a mile away. Reasonable price helped, too. Would recommend.

Beware! They overbook rooms and cancel the day you are to arrive!!
Reviewed By Kerrin TI had a reservation for a Queen Suite for the weekend. I had this reservation through Booking.com and it was to be pay at the hotel. Booking.com did send the reservation to Hilton a week before our stay so I was sure things would be great as they had been when we stayed here before. On Friday, I went to the Hilton app on my break at work, updated my card information, and did the online check in which showed me we had a room on 3rd floor (cannot remember what room number it said, but I thought we were all set). This was at 11:30 am. Now, mind you, check in isn’t until 3 and they reminded me of that in the app. At 2:30, I left work and saw I had a missed call from a 262 number. I looked and found that at 1:15pm the hotel attempted to call. Supposedly my card declined (it shouldn’t have) and since they got my voicemail they cancelled my reservation. Now, mind you…I didn’t HAVE to pay til I came to check in at the hotel according to my reservation. Check in time was at 3pm. I called and Piper admitted they overbooked rooms. I had a REALLY good rate. $377 for two nights. I know the rates were much higher after I booked this reservation because I always shop around. I am sure this is why they were hot to cancel. I don’t have access my phone at work and Piper blamed ME not being able to reach me for the cancellation. CHECK IN IS AT 3:00pm. They cancelled at 1:15pm. I called at 2:30pm. The apology for my “inconvenience” was flip and insincere. They half offered to find us accommodations at another property but I was done dealing with these people. Piper had said she “thought” there was a place next door but didn’t sound confident anyway We had to scramble to find another place to stay and ended up paying $200 more. And my card worked just fine there. Overbooking rooms is a bad practice. I will never go back to this hotel or the neighboring one (Tru by Hilton) because I know they have the same owners. Beware when you book here. You may end up in the same situation. 0/10 would not recommend. And I LOVED this place before.
