Reviewed By Roving127948This place was perfect. So close to all of the restaurants and shops. The room was immaculate. So nice to have a refrigerator for leftovers. They have thought of everything with the refreshments and snacks in the room. No contact check in and out was extremely convenient. Will definitely be coming back. Doug and Abby were easily accessible if anything is needed. It was a great stay.

Well maintained resort in Lincoln, NH
Reviewed By Eric GThe one bedroom condo suite we were in during the last week of April was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Indoor pool and hot tub area were also well maintained and enjoyed by our grandson. While there is no restaurant on the premises, the resort is within walking distance of several restaurants and a supermarket. Be aware that some businesses and area attractions have varying schedules depending on the season.

Our stay was great and the breakfast outstanding. Lois seems to really enjoy her guests. Her renovation is well thought out and made for a very comfortable stay

We are Bed &Breakfast on Webster lake New Hampshire, with three cozy rooms all with private bathrooms. Plus we have a two-bedroom Cottage with a screened-in porch available for four-season rental Private beach with boat docks outdoor grill ,screened-in gazebo, and Kayaks for our guests to use.

Reviewed By jamn50We feel so fortunate to have found Aiken Manor for our family wedding weekend. The host Yvonne was lovely and accommodating from the first phone call to the wave goodbye. The Manor itself is lovely, with beautiful decor and comfy furniture. It was so interesting to read the history and imagine the grandness of events past. Our favorite place were the swings on the front porch with a glorious view of the Webster lake across the street. Sadly, we didn’t have time to enjoy the gazebo by the lake or kayaks during this visit, but we did hear the loons! Our family and friends booked all three rooms for the weekend and we were all pleased with the size and comfort of our rooms. Yvonne offered coffee brought to our room at our preferred time each morning. Our breakfasts were served in the gorgeous dining room where Yvonne presented a menu of a variety of options. Everything we tried was delicious and fresh! Favorites were the blueberry pancakes, the banana bread French toast and the omelets with hash browns! I can’t say enough about charming Yvonne and her hospitality. She was available and accommodating. We so enjoyed her conversations. She made sure our stay was perfect and comfortable. We felt like we were home. Thank you!

Disappointed that Customer Loyalty takes second place to changing priorities
Reviewed By michaelmV1156VPI am a member of a longstanding large group of guys that have been golfing annually at the Nest for years and years. We were staying at the resort when times were lean and the amenities were not as nearly nice as they are today. We would reserve our three day weekend for each year before we left the property every year. Many of us would come up and rent an additional night so we were on property sooner. Several years ago we started to run into problems that the reservation was lost so we had to stay off premises and golf at the course during the day. This went on for a few years and we worked with management in spite of the inconvenience. This year was the final straw when we were told we really were not welcome to stay on the resort but could golf on it. The most alluring part of stay and play is not having to leave the location. Trust me if we were a group of rowdy guys that did damage to the property or were disruptive to guests I could understand. Many of us are in our 50's and 60's and are in bed by 10pm. Unfortunately it appears we have been replaced by smaller groups and weddings. In the big scheme of things I can appreciate a change in business direction but for three years to be lied too and played around with at the last minute which wasn't fair or professional. I would typically bring my wife in the fall to stay in the Nanos for a couple nights and have a quiet weekend just the two of us. I can no longer support the resort after being treated so unfairly after so many loyal years. I hope for the sake of the resort the times stay strong because when you turn your cheek on loyal customers during the good times they won't be there to support you in the bad times.

Reviewed By 75garrettmSpent a week at the Mountain View Resort and was amazed at how beautiful the property was. The setting is fantastic with the resort perched on a hill side overlooking a grassy field and tree covered driveway with beautiful scenery all around. The resort gives you the feel of being off the beaten trail but is only minutes away from downtown and everything the area has to offer. The unit we stayed in was very clean and had way more then enough room and the patio area and fireplace in the unit made us feel right at home. Several mornings were spent on the patio having breakfast and enjoying the fresh mountain air and even saw a few deer grazing in the field. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and were able to help us find some amazing trails and activities to do on our vacation. The condo was clean and well kept and had everything we could need or want. Overall our experience was great and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the mount Washington valley area, the girlfriend and I can’t wait to book another trip soon.

Reviewed By Don GWe had a very nice stay at this bed and breakfast. We were in the area for a wedding that was held at a youth camp and we were not ready for bunk beds. Though most of our time over the couple of days were spent at the wedding location we were very happy with our accomodations at Hummingbird Hill. Chet the owner was friendly and easy to be around. He gave us info on the house and lake and made nice hearty breakfasts. The lake front had kayaks and tubes a beautiful location to relax if you have the time. Nice comfortable non pretentious place. Be aware that there is not good cell coverage in the area when driving to the Inn. Chet has wifi available in the Inn for guest use. Could use a street or Inn sign at the turn onto Center Lake Rd. We would stay there again in the future if in the area.
