All Good Things Must Come to an End

My husband and I have been regular guests (3-4 times per year) for around seven years. We always travel with our dog and LOVED this motel because it’s clean, allows dogs, had reasonable rates, and had a nice breakfast. We understand how prices have gone up, but prices have gone from under $100 to $170 today. Now there is NO breakfast, a broken ice machine, broken drink machine, and higher charge for a pet room. We always leave the room clean and our pet never makes a mess. It’s sad when return guests like us are not given a little credit for doing the right thing.

Great Value for a Clean & Wonderful Stay!

Reviewed By Tom G

I returned again to this excellent property after a two year absence from New Mexico and I continue positively to be impressed with all that is offered for a decent value. The room I stayed several nights in was very clean, had working heat/fan/ac unit self modulated, spacious refrigerator, microwave, and SAT TV. The free breakfast is much better than the average fare for this motel level: regular or cheese omelettes are prepared to order. Parking is easy/safe and the location of this property along a major roadway is convenient for dining and shopping within a two block radius. The owners/managers Tapas & Amisha epitomize true hospitality as they (and staff) truly care about guests' comfort and satisfaction. This is the best value motel I have stayed at over many years of travel so highly recommend it.

Overpriced.

Too high priced for what amenities there was. There was no coffee maker, hair dryer, tourist info in the rooms. There was also no table and chairs for us to sit at to eat in the room. The beds however, were comfortable though. The service was terrible.

Bare Minimum quality, just average

Reviewed By Wanderer22968420774

This hotel was ok but just barely. The room was barely cleaned enough to not be considered dirty. The room had a little porch to sit outside but someone was back there smoking and the smell of smoke kept wafting in our room. About that breakfast... I guess it was 8 items if you count the utensils and all the beverages they include. They had old pastries, gravy and biscuits, old, thick, burnt syrupy coffee, milk, juice, and one waffle maker. Ehh, it wasn't the best hotel we've ever stayed in but it wasn't the worst. We only paid like $70 a night for a double bed so we didn't feel totally ripped off. Probably won't stay here again if we ever come back to Santa Fe. The girl who check us in at night was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a great recommendation where to have to dinner that night. The clerk in the morning was there but she seemed totally spaced out. Not very helpful at all.

BUG INFESTED ROOM

Reviewed By belindamH8800AU

We had reservations for a one night stay at 3007 Cerrillos Rd Santa Fe New Mexico. We arrived early (about 11am) and stopped by Hotel to ask " if possible", at what time could we check in. The Associate Annie, said we are not able to check in till 3pm. So we went to a Restaurant, walked around town and the Square. We went back to Hotel around 5pm, we were told that the room was not ready and would not be ready for another hour. Issues with stay at Hotel: 1). ROACHES... saw small roaches on ceiling and on walls. We killed 10 bugs in this room. We slept with the lights on all night, to make sure bugs did not fall on bed or us. 2). AC did not work ( the night was cool), the room was hot. 3).Shower curtain smelled, not fresh or clean. 4). Drainage in sink was very slow. 5). Water pressure in shower low. 6).Door handle was loose, not making a good tight or SECURE closure. 7). Check in was not at 3p had to wait till 6pm, by this time it was too late to cancel reservation. We did " KEEP THE LIGHTS ON", only to make sure bugs didn't fall on bed.
