Reviewed By Maddluv66This hotel is not beachfront, but it is clean and very affordable. The rooms are small and somewhat outdated but the bathrooms have been updated and are nice. The staff is really friendly and are helpful. We got there early and we were able to check in early. I will say that the hotel is in a great location close to The Edge hotel which has a roof top restaurant that is great for the sunset views. It is not very far from the beach and is across the street from a great Ice cream parlor. The only complaint I have is that is on the corner and the noise is constant. Motorcycles, fast cars and trucks. So if you want quiet this is not the hotel for you.

Reviewed By Nomoresnow51We only stayed one night but we were able to check in at noon as we arrived early. Check in was efficient. Room was clean and had plenty of towels and supplies. Coffee maker, dorm fridge and microwave.The inground round pool was nice and warm with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables .Breakfast the following morning was well stocked, clean and nicely displayed with a friendly and helpful gentleman keeping the breakfast foods well stocked. We paid $125 which included the tax so we felt it was a good value..

Reviewed By M MWhile the motel is well located near the beach and cafes and was generally clean with comfortable beds, the toilet didn't refill to flush (and there was a hose mounted on the wall as a 'bidet'!); the kitchen was barely stocked with plates, etc.; smokers were constantly outside making any use of the pool area pretty impossible; and the owners offered no discount re our toilet issues in our 'deluxe' room.

Easy to find, clean enough on the outside, and quiet. Staff was very friendly and direct. The room was surprisingly spacious and charming in its own right, with no complaints on cleanliness. There is no vending machine on site, but you can buy a soda can at the front desk. Water gets HOT, good cellular signal. Perfect for a one night stay passing through, and located in close proximity to plenty of food and necessity shopping. They do hold a $30 security deposit for up to 4 - 5 days.

Reviewed By mersekNo 2 night minimum. No huge resort fees. Free parking close to the room. Very close to the beach, stores. Starbucks next door. Quiet and very pretty view of a water way. The room was updated and clean. Roger at the front desk was very kind. Perfect for a weeks stay or just one night. Nice sitting areas outside each room. For the money, it was a good deal.

Reviewed By mhaynes1I booked for 2 nights. The rooms were awful. The first one I stayed in, the bathroom sink was significantly rusted and not safe for use. I asked to be moved and was moved to another room. The toilet in that room was not cleaned and I called front desk. Her response was "Again?!" They came by and cleaned the toilet. I purchased disinfectant from the corner store and cleaned the bathroom myself before use. Then that night, water from upstairs leaked through the ceiling of the bathroom. I went to front desk and asked to be moved to a third room and that one stunk of smoke and had ants in the kitchen. I asked for early checkout and to not be charged for the second day and I was still charged. This place is not hygienic or safe for public use. They cut corners on all aspects, including housekeeping and maintenance. I would NEVER recommend this place, even for my worst enemy (if I had one).
