Reviewed By Theodores261Pretty dated hotel. Reception was great transaction smooth. A couple of blaring signs the room presented. Ripped duvet ,horrible TV and well worn furniture. For the price you'd expect more. When we booked it was only a little more than a hundred cheaper than the Casino.

Reviewed By 895christykThe spa has reduced its services, hours and quality. After waiting months for an opening we were finally were able to go and it just wasn't the same. It used to be a day of pampering with extras like tea and scones, an exercise class, and wine tasting but those aren't offered anymore. We ate at Ascots, drinks were fine but the food choices were limited - we each bought a meal but ordered appetizers to share but the portions were small and not commensurate with the price charged. Most of the staff were nice but some were not. We asked about some of the specials they used to have and the women in the boutique were kinda rude and said they don't do the day spa packages anymore. Overall a nice time but, not the experience it used to be. We will be finding other places to go in future.

We spoke to the desk and they offered to move us but it was 11pm and we have kids. The mgr never got in touch with us even though I filled out the survey and called Hilton to complain. Would not stay there again.

A Bait & Switch Hotel Scam
Reviewed By Cheryl CThe Rosemont Suites is conducting a Bait & Switch Scam - we were evacuated from our park during the last hurricane (Henri) - we drove through the hurricane because ANDY at the front desk I guess was too busy to answer the phone for 26 hours so we can see if we could check in early with our cat - THAT'S THE BAIT = PET FRIENDLY. If they never stated they were pet friendly we would have never booked through CheapTickets / EXPEDIA which helps these hotels with the bait & switch customers. After 12 days CheapTickets say they will abide by the hotel's policy, even though ANDY THE FRONT DESK MANAGER said we would not be charged ANDY stated "take a picture of the number on the front door and give it to Expedia and I will sign the waiver" So, I did. Once I saw my credit card was charged twice for a room we never stayed in because ANDY said "the people in your room at not leaving" we said "can we get another room" ANDY said "no, my cleaning staff never showed up for work so no rooms are cleaned" and he went and charged us twice for a room he knew we would not be able to stay in. LOCAL POLICE SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS PLACE - SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT AT THE ROSEMONT SUITES! Shame on Cheap Tickets and Expedia in helping these hotels rip off people of their hard-earned money. All ANDY has to do is behind a desk and NOT answer the phone and he earned $225.00. The place doesn't even deserve one star.

Exceedingly pleasant stay
Reviewed By GinnyAlaskaI was very pleased with my recent one night stay here. My daughter and I stopped in for an evening during a road trip. The location was conveniently off the highway and the reception we received late at night was warm and professional. The room was updated and clean, the shower had great water pressure. Checkout was easy and again professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable. I was really happy with the stay and would recommend without hesitation.
