We have 24 clean & comfortable rooms, at an affordable price.The rooms have been NEWLY REMODLED and have air conditioning, cable TV, refrigerators, microwaves, telephones, wireless net, shower/tubs, free ice. Fax available. We have rooms with up to 4 beds per room. We have a fish cleaning facility and freezer service. We have a large parking lot for vehicles pulling a boat. Outside entrance to rooms. WE ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND.

Reviewed By jfaddsWe chose to stay in one of the cabins- a good choice. We were in Aspen- compact- clean- everything well thought out. This property has been totally redone by a couple who previously worked for a major hotel chain. Here they are able to put their personal touch to work. Rates are reasonable and include a light breakfast which you pick up in the morning.All in all a great spot to overnight. M

At Hilltop Lodge, we offer motel units and individual cabins. The property features a picnic and grilling area, fire pit, & bicycle rentals. Continental breakfast and WiFi are complimentary. Most rooms include a microwave and refrigerator. Property is under new ownership as of late 2019 and has been renovated in 2020.
Great little retro hotel with a personal touch
Reviewed By Dale1615My wife and I stayed here for a quick trip to Voyageurs NP. We loved our stay in this cute little retro hotel. The owners, Ryan and Amanda, left the corporate hospitality world to apply their knowledge and run their own lodge. They have done a great job in remodeling and updating the property. It has many unique personal touches, but the best part is their personal involvement in all aspects of managing their property. They do everything from check in; to hosting the continental breakfast; to concierge service; to maintenance and repair; and yes……..to room housekeeping. That personal touch makes the difference. If you are coming to International Falls, you should stay here.

After a fun filled day of sight seeing, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants such as Chocolate Moose Restaurant, Spot Supper Club, or Sandy's Place.

Reviewed By Cahart5First off I want to state the staff is 5 star. The staff were absolutely amazing they were nice, polite, and helpful. As for the building, it’s rough. The hotel has an unpleasant odor to it (in the hallway and in the room), the hallways are filthy (no way would I ever sit on the carpet to fix my shoe). The hotel is incredibly dated and on the verge of being run down. We rented a suit and the carpets were better than the hall but still not favorable and they had no padding at all. The couch looked disgusting and was ripped (photo of how the couch looked walking into the room for the first time). Only about half the lamps worked and the ones that did barely gave off light so it was like living in a dark cave. Good luck finding any outlets because there is next to done in the room. The toilet is so close to the vanity you will bash your elbow on it. I will not even get started on the terrible 1 ply toilet paper they provide. Tiles are loose on the bathroom floor. The only positives I have about the room is that the bed did feel clean so we were okay sleeping there and the jacuzzi tube was clean and worked nicely. In conclusion, we will never stay here again, unless they announce a remodel I would come check it out because I loved the staff, but until that time go else where. Especially parents with small children do not stay here with these floors!

Reviewed By JennHMOI would give this place negative stars…it was $170 for a “suite”. Ripped carpet, mold on window, chipped/torn up furniture, and a horrible stench await you upon entry. Pool and area are not open, restaurant/bar area permanently closed. Security cameras dangling from exterior, and I won’t even mention the staff.

Reviewed By jillybroseOur truck stalled and walked in to Voyageur for a great warm shower, clean rooms and wonderful people! The rooms are clean, beds comfy and dogs welcome! They also own a great restaurant next door with awesome breakfast. Close to family dollar and holiday for convenience as well as dollar general. WiFi and cable tv. It’s a great stop. Thank you.
