Reviewed By mogi95Used this hotel while visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Lots to do within a short distance. Overall, the hotel was pretty decent. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, showers were very steamy without the door open. Would stay again though.

Reviewed By Vacation823633The room is nice but there needs to be a sink in the area of the coffee pot area. There is a room upon entry that has a soft sitting area. There is a counter that has the coffee maker and cabinets, there is a microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The only drawback is you have to go all the way around and through the bedroom to get to the bathroom to get to a water source. This was an inconvenience when making coffee. I would recommend that a second door be installed to the bathroom at the shared wall of the bathroom and the wall to the sitting room. Otherwise the room is good.

New management, newly remodeled rooms. We are right off 275 towards the Cincinnati Airport (2 miles from the airport). Just 5 minutes from many shopping facilities and restaurants. Just 20 minutes from the casinos, 5 minutes from the Turfway Park Race Course, 10 minutes from Main Straus in Covington, 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

Reviewed By hoper835IV stayed here many times and it has gotten better each time. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast is a good hot breakfast. Rooms are clean and very spacious. And the location is very close to airport with a great shuttle service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Lots of wear and tear, maintenance issues, wouldn't recommend

Everything from rooms not thoroughly cleaned to non working elevators, this Residence Inn is in dire need of a remodel and some upgrades. Lots of wear and tear in the rooms. The stainless steel appliances in the room I stayed in (room 108) were glaringly filthy. There were noticeable stains on the carpet and bathroom floor. While we stayed in a handicap accessible suite on the first floor, this Residence Inn is not ADA compliant which is a flagrant violation of the ADA. The elevators in the building I stayed in were out of service the whole week we were there, evidently the building was struck by lightning, maybe that should have been an omen. There's no daily housekeeping per se, but you can request services on the app, which I did like. The staff was very responsive to requests. The outside common area of the property by the pool and patio area were quite nice and well maintained, too bad about the rest of the property. Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful, and apologetic. However that being said, there are just far too many maintenance issues for me to seriously consider a stay here. Please consider this review to be an honest critique of the Residence Inn at Cincinnati Airport, I would strongly recommend against booking a stay here.

Reviewed By Lori VThe staff was plenty nice and worked to satisfy us but it took 3 rooms before we felt somewhat comfortable. This hotel is tired. It’s very much in need of a facelift. There were many traveling workmen there. While that in itself is not a problem at all, the fact that the door outside was propped open so that these men could could come and go with their smoking station right outside made us, two women, traveling alone, uncomfortable. So we requested a different room. The second room was made up but when we checked the beds…it had OBVIOUSLY not been changed/cleaned! The lady at the front desk came quickly and moved us and was very apologetic- she get a five star rating! Room number 3 was clean to the best of its ability. Again, it’s tired. If I hadn’t booked through Hotwire and could get my money back I would’ve moved on to another place.

Horrible hotel

I got the room, upon entering the room, poorly maintained facility, insects around the room, terrible furniture and stinking bathroom. Dirty carpet in the room and the hallway. The lady on front desk was very helpful. I canceled the transaction immediately. Free WiFi in the room.

Very disappointing
Reviewed By limeyguyNot very good. The check in was fast. The room was good bed comfortable but the bathroom wasn’t clean human body hair around toilet and in shower. There was no towel in the bathroom to stand on when you came out the shower. I guess your wet feet clean the floor for them. When went to ask about restaurant the check in clerk was busy stuffing his face with his dinner and not helpful. Stated it was a full menu restaurant it is in fact a cafe with very limited expensive choices. We ended up eating out. He said breakfast was free we didn’t even bother. We checked out and there was a charge pending on my capital one visa for $20 as a security deposit it was supposed to drop off. I is still on my card 4 days later I contacted hotel they said Capital one needs to remove it . So I contacted them and they said they don’t remove pending but would dispute if charge appears. They also courtyard need to cancel it out. Just like they did on our stay in Indy. So call back to hotel talk to manager he says I have a bad bank and could not remove the charge. If it goes through then I can dispute the charge. I don’t see why my bank should lie to me about pending charges. Especially when it is Marriott who posted them they need to just cancel the transaction. So the whole experience here was disappointing especially after having a wonderful stay at the courtyard Marriott in Indy .
