Reviewed By cverma851094Our room was so unclean & the AC made loudest noise all night. We called the receptionist at 2:30 am to report this n they couldn’t solve this. The entire vacation felt disgusting which is why we moved to a nicer hotel after. DONT WASTE YOUR $ here

Reviewed By Pamela CI just arrived at this hotel and feel completely disappointed, first of all do NOT believe in the photos they show because it’s way worst. At the reception was horrible. The receptionist man took long doing the checking, he did it without informing that he did not have the rooms we booked and gave us other rooms. When we complained about it he said he can’t do anything, he does not have the rooms available, he also mentioned we can take it or leave it because he is the only manager at night. Is this the way @Hilton treats their guests and what’s kind of hospitality this man studied? Unfortunately we are too far from home and it’s too late to find another place, if that was not the case we would’ve cancel the reservation as soon as we saw the rooms. By the way they do not offer room service. In the reservation parking is included but when you come here they will charge you 14 dollars and feel offended if you say something about it. Can’t wait for it to be tomorrow, get out of this places and never come back.

Reviewed By ssmitty490We were met with our first ever Karen. Yelling at the receptionist was the first Karen I've ever met. When I tried to intervene she almost lost her mind. Felt bad for desk staff. Manager handled that situation very well. Although things look very old, everything was clean and worth the price. 99 on a weekend is a steal in this area. Beds were cool. Pillows were like a luxe hotel. Smelled like lemons throught the entire place. I'll be back.

First time in a Studio 6
Reviewed By ModerationForMeThis was my first time staying in a Studio 6 (or a Motel 6 for that matter). I guess this is the extended stay version of a Motel 6 as it shared a parking lot. We only stayed for one night. Check-in was easy although I did have to ask how to get to the room, as it was late and I checked in via a side-lobby. Being an extended stay studio, the room was quite large, and therefore quite comfortable for three. My only complaint would be the beds. Double beds are always kind of tight, and the mattress was not firm enough for my liking. Based on this say however, I would return and also consider other Studio 6 or Motel 6 in the future.

I am extremely happy it is the closest luxury hotel to my grand baby making my trips to New Jersey a true joy for more than one reason :). The rooms are beautiful and the facility is well maintained and just gorgeous. We did not get a chance to try the restaurant this time around but the food looked incredible and we can’t wait to try The Orchard when we return. I judge a place not just by how it is when all is right, but more by how they respond when things are not. I never fault a facility for slight issues or mistakes I find, but I do judge by how they respond. I have never had any facility respond with such incredible concern, for what was truly a minor issue. That made me feel like they cared, a lot. We had a slight issue with the cleanliness of our first room (the shower wasn’t as clean as I like) and we were promptly moved and given the toastiest cookies for our trouble, but the new room had a small issue as well. The hotel was fully booked and the staff was amazing in their response. Not only were they mortified and took immediate response, I was then followed up with the next day. The issue was minor compared to the amazing response of the team. I am very picky about my lodging and have a very high risk child, born with half a heart that has multiple heart surgeries. I was traveling with Lysol before Covid, so my need for a clean room has come up before. Never has any place responded with such attention, grace and true mortification that their facilities should be found that way. A testament to how seriously they take it and I will absolutely be returning. I actually cannot wait to return :). Thank you, Chateau Grande, for making my first meeting of my new grandchild such an incredible weekend by taking care of us above and beyond!
