Reviewed By heathercpeWe stayed at the Douglas Hampton Inn for my sons graduation. The hotel was clean, the staff there was not only friendly and helpful, but they anticipated things we would need and consistently asked what they could do for us. I am not sure I have stayed anywhere except Mexico with better customer service.

Reviewed By SheridanGISStayed one night. Room was nice and clean. Hotel and room were in good shape and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in/out was easy and the breakfast in the morning was very good. A bit pricy but all hotels are going that way.

Reviewed By KF347The room was not clean!!!!!! The floor was not vacuumed. There were clothes on the floor from a previous guest. The room had an odor that did not appear to be from cleaner. The bathroom floor was rather rickety. I slept with my shoes on in case I needed to get up in the night.

The Hotel LaBonte is located in downtown Douglas. Listed on the National Historic Register, we offer a bit of Wyoming history along with a comfortable stay. Our accommodations consist of double queen rooms, single queen rooms & one bedroom suites with full kitchens; offered at reasonable rates. Under new ownership as of Fall of 2014, the remodeled building is both clean & charming. We are working constantly to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. The LB Bar is on the ground floor & is open daily. The Yard, an extension of LB Bar has pool, darts & arcade games & offers family friendly hours. The entire building is non-smoking. The Restaurant is being renovated & planned to open in the fall of 2015. We'll meetcha at the LaBonte!

Reviewed By Sunshine19225I absolutely love old historic hotels and have stayed in a few. This one ranks second on my list of hotels older than 100. If you want all the fancy stuff, go elsewhere. If you enjoy quaint and friendly, stay at Hotel Labonte. The patrons at the bar gave us a great recommendation for supper! The lobby is comfortable and eclectic. Our room was large and clean. One thing that I wish was different is that instead of covering the floors in carpet squares, refinish the hardwood floors. You can hear the floors creek under the carpet which is a soothing sound of yesteryear. Love this jewel.

Our hotel provides 32" flat screen T.V.'s , microwave, fridge, coffee maker with coffee, blow dryer & full size bath tub with shower in every room. We have single queen, single king and double queen beds to choose from. We offer a complimentary full hot breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. We have free parking for all size vehicles and semi trucks with trailer. We offer free wi-fi and have some pet friendly rooms.

Reviewed By taqua2022It was just a little lower than "OK'. Obviously an older motel that has tried to look new with some redecorating. The room was very tiny. The bathroom, while I think it was clean, was old and cruddy looking. The shower was good. It was ok for one night's stay, and the price was much better than other motels in Douglas, but if there is a next time, I will go elsewhere

Not the best place to stay.
Reviewed By 822donnavThis wasn’t one of the better motels I’ve stayed at. It was one of the cheaper places in Douglas, so I took a chance. Was disappointed that there wasn’t a coffee maker or a hair dryer in the room. The A/C unit was up next to the ceiling and hard to reach, even the step stool provided. Had to call front desk for assistance with it. There wasn’t a box of Kleenex, do had to use toilet tissue instead. Probably won’t stay here again.

Reviewed By RiwistRun down. Noisy. Poor service. Terrible breakfast. Stay anywhere else in Douglas but here. Room was barely passible, but the curtains sheers were ripped and the screen torn. A place for contract utility workers, not for couples.
