Opening in September of 2020, our hotel features 135 over sized guest rooms including 6 luxurious suites, a 24 hour fitness center, business center and full service restaurant and bar. Our brand new hotel also offers 4,000 square feet of banquet space.
They really care
Reviewed By 968DavidSFirst of all, if you're here for a day or even a few days as an extremely inexpensive hotel to visit NYC (least expensive 3 star hotel in the area) this place has everything you need. 7 days a week there is a shuttle that takes you to and from Times Square Manhattan for $10 per person. You can load up on eggs, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, some croissants, unlimited coffee (a must), for only $15 per person for brunch in the morning up until 10 am. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the front desk is very, very nice. I've been here, off and on a lot as I do business in New York City and every time I have a need, I go straight to the front desk and they take care of me. The managers are very friendly and the elevators are fast on this 5 floor building. One bonus of this hidden gem in the internet speed. I work with photographers and high resolution images for photo editing come my way every day. The internet speeds here are lighting fast: 100 megabits per second for download and around the same for upload. I've stayed at hotels before where I have to use my 5G hotspot because their internet is so slow. Not the case here. It's just a great experience if this is what you're looking for. The only downside to this hotel is the restaurant and it's not the hotel's fault. I believe the way hotels work is that the restaurant leases space from the hotel and is owned by someone private. The breakfast in the morning is mediocre at best. It's very difficult to communicate with the two ladies because they don't speak a lick of English, Spanish only. So if you need something, turn on Google Translate or hopefully you're bilingual. Dinner service, when they have a chef, is usually very good. There are hiccups and in the past month, they've gone through two chefs.

Great hotel near the city
Reviewed By heatherblockoThe hotel is just outside the city but a great value. Rooms are clean and spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. It hasn’t been open very long so I think it’s still a hidden gem and not over crowded. They do not have a daily cleaning service which was fine for us but something to note if you want someone to clean your room daily. They do provide plenty of towels and extra trash bags if needed. They also offer a full breakfast for purchase in the lobby which is perfect before you leave for the day.

Reviewed By eduran473341The hotel is average. The beds are amazing. The property itself is not in a good place if you don't have a car, or if you can't stand the traffic noises (at the edge of two highways, not recommended) It is a perfect place for less than 4 nights.

Reviewed By laurencevW7010GRThe first thing you must remember from my review is : do not expect much of it. Our experience has been OK, but clearly I was expecting more for the money we paid. One positive point was the staff : When we arrived to the hotel, the lobby was pretty busy, so the attention was slow for that reason (which I understand!). When it was our turn, the reception agent took time to explain us the amenities and how the hotel works. She explained us well how to take the bus shuttle to the city and it was very clear. The other good point of staying here is the free parking and the shuttle to the city (3.50$ at a 5 minutes walk). The negative point is that the first room they gave us was very dirty, smelled sooo bad and was clearly very old. I immediatly called the lobby and they were able to give us another room. The 2nd room is better, but still old and not being take cared of. It is clean, but very basic. The wall behind the room door has just been fixed but is not painted yet. The decoration is not as it looks on the pictures. It is clearly older and not as nice as showed. The room needs a lot of fixing, there is paint missing on the walls and clearly needs some more repairs. The bed is Ok, a little hard but fine. The neighborhood is not nice at all. It is dirty, old and not very trustable. We walked from the shuttle last nice and I was happy my husband was with me. I would not walk here alone even in the day time. I was expecting more for the price I paid for this hotel. The good thing is that we will mostly be here only to sleep and we will be out in the city for most of the time.
