Reviewed By pennstatetravelerWe look for pet friendly and many Holidays Inns are. This one looked OK. We finally took the 3rd room we were moved to even though the window shade was broken. The other two had non working overhead lights and a non working TV. The desk clerk tried to be helpful. We were not offered any discount for all the moving inconvenience either. We had lovely Holiday Inns in Bend and Rock Springs. I wonder why there is no corporate oversight.

Room OK but forget about breakfast or using the computer
Reviewed By Richard ZHotel computer/printer hasn't worked for probably over a year and there was no milk for breakfast, which was a problem as cereal was about all there was to eat. Room was OK for a Days Inn. It was pretty noisy in the reception/ breakfast area.

Unique turn-of-the century home. Built in 1908 - "100 years of charm". "Come and perch a while" and enjoy the collection of bird houses, bird nests, and birds. Close to down town(2 blocks, behind the court house) and within walking distance of Willow Creek Park, Welcome Center and restaurants.
Great experience in Lamar
Reviewed By iamthesmoothoneMy wife and I had to pass through Lamar on our way to Wyoming. I did some research and decided to book a room at the 3rd Street Nest Bed & Breakfast. I have to say that I made a great choice. The room was very affordable, comfortable and clean. But the real treat was the owner, Jane. She was pleasant, accommodating, genuine, loving and, quite simply, fabulous. Unlike the other B&Bs in which we have stayed, Jane actually asked us when we would like our breakfast rather than having a preset time for everyone. We really appreciated the choice. If you happen to visit Lamar, I highly recommend the 3rd Street Nest Bed & Breakfast.

We have 43 rooms at the Quality Inn Lamar, Colorado. Our doubles consist of 2 queen beds, while our singles are all king beds. We have recently created a new breakfast area, remodeled our lounge area with a warm color paint, and installed granite counter tops throughout the hotel and Elevator. Our rooms have also been remodeled and upgraded with new beds/bed spreads and 43" 1080P flat screen televisions. We hope you come enjoy our hospitality as we strive to provide the best.
Ok place for a night but overpriced for the quality of the rooms.
Reviewed By Adventure26866962906Room is clean but the door was hanging off the hinges and the paint is peeling around the baseboard with obvious plumbing repairs under the sink. The place has definitely seen better days and for the price expected more. But I booked it online through a third-party so I couldn’t get a refund. I only needed it for one night thankfully.

Better than a chain
Reviewed By 78donasThis motel is well kept on both outside and in.We stopped because of the outside appearance.The lady at the front desk was super nice and efficient.We had room 122 and we were shocked !First of all there are 3 queen beds and lots of room.The room was very clean and the retro bathroom with pink tiles was awesome.The rainshower head was really nice with great water pressure and hot water.There was a microwave and refrigerator with an extra sink and the tv actually worked great.The only reason I did not give this a 5 was due to the ratty curtains full of holes and I am not a fan of slick bedspreads.Other than that it was super nice.This place was also extremely quiet and you park by your door.

Clean and comfortable
Reviewed By Doug KThe room was clean and there was plenty of hot water. No amenities but the room was spacious and the carpet appeared relatively new. Coffee is not available until the office opens at 8AM in the morning. They do not serve any breakfast. WiFi worked just fine. Our only real complaint was about the owners of the diesel truck in the room next door who decided to start the noisy smelly thing early and let it warm up for 15 or 20 minutes without anyone in it.
