Reviewed By darcels2017Excellent staff which made this more than an ordinary hotel stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast, & very accommodating staff. We used the meeting room also during our stay, & it was clean & ready on time. Price for use of the room was very reasonable.

Bed bugs and overcharged
Reviewed By Y5189BTdianebI chose this hotel due to the location. My mother passed and multiple family members needed to be close by. The hotel charged me the regular rate twice and also charged me through Expedia. So far, they will not refund me. After my second night, I ended up with "bites" over my ankles, elbows, neck, and arm. The front desk staff told me they were flea bites from dogs. I ended up needing antibiotics through the emergency room due to a skin infection. I am out $300, plus an ER bill and antibiotics. I DO not recommend this bug infested hotel to anyone!

Nice, clean place to stay in Havre
Reviewed By montanaJImStayed one night and it was a good stay. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. Right on the main street through Havre and right next to the railroad tracks. The only hotel I have stayed in that came with a set of ear plugs next to the bed. Went down to breakfast just after 6 and was the first one there. The food was OK, but nothing special. Had a meeting there so it was close.

Decaying Property That Needs Refreshing
Reviewed By billgoThis property is a strange collage of buildings and features, but is not well-maintained. Has a very worn look everywhere. Stairs-only access to 2nd floor rooms. Was given a room that had a huge four poster bed with in-room whirlpool tub in poor condition. Looked like a poor attempt at a honeymoon room. Mattress on bed had pronounced sage to center. Fortunately, it was a king mattress, so lots of room to roll inward. Employees hang outside front entrance door smoking cigarettes, but they are friendly. Breakfast was good (omelets and sausage links) and assorted muffins and breads. I stayed here because they accept small dogs with guests and most of the other hotels in Havre do not.
