GREAT staff, but not so good management.
Reviewed By DejibobejiThe room was nice and clean, but there was No Ice in the entire place. Kitchen did not have an ice machine at all and relied on the hotel's machines which did not work. Barely cool milk and yogurt for breakfast. Yuck. As a result the nearest convenience store sold out of ice. Had to get back in the car after a long hot day and drive around looking for ice (a basic commodity) The pool wasn't open either although when I booked weeks earlier I was told it would be by that weekend. Being able to take a dip in record high heat would have gone a long way towards easing the IRRITATION of having no ice.

Great stay for the Renaissance Faire
Reviewed By shaunb199A great choice for the Renaissance Faire or just a stay in the area. We had two King rooms and they were very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, great indoor pool, and very close to lots of nice restaurants. It was also a very quiet hotel with excellent blackout curtains. Looking forward to next year's stay.

Reviewed By jstritzelccwDirty room - reported and was advised nothing could be done Broken items in room - reports and was advised no extra items to be used Pool Closed - people were swimming and was advised by management that they shouldn’t be and just let the people swim. This was after we were told that we could not swim.

Disappointing in some details
Reviewed By LinjaPLUSSES: The bed was very good... had a GREAT sleep. There were plenty of towels and the linens seemed clean and fresh. The room was very clean and included a microwave and refrigerator (but the freezer part didn't freeze). Drapes blocked light well, TV worked well, there was a nice big desk and ample drawer space. Overall the room felt roomy and decor was nice enough. The heat worked well. MINUSES: Unlike another Comfort Inn we stayed at during our trip, this one just wasn't as good with details. I don't want this to sound like complaining because our night here was comfortable, but things were missing that we found in other Comfort Inns. There were no USB ports that we could find at ALL, only old ethernet jacks. Upon checking in I asked if they had a "hot breakfast" and was told yes, that they had eggs, sausage, grits, etc. Those hot items turned out to be packaged breakfast sandwich biscuits and envelopes of grits. The hair conditioner bottle in the room was only 2/3 full so it looked like it had been used. The little shampoo bottle was questionable, too. We could hardly turn the shower handle... had to put all my weight behind pushing it one way and the other (to turn it off). The rating for this Comfort Inn was 8.2 and we usually find things to be better for that rating. The TV was rather small compared to other places we've stayed and I couldn't find a listing of available channels. This room was quite a lot more $$ compared to another Comfort Inn we stayed at that was within walking distance of Williamsburg but this one was on par with other hotels in Fairburn. Overall, though, we were comfortable there for one night.

Best hotel in the world
Reviewed By FHFrazierMy names is Francinia Frazier, I used this hotel as a meeting place for family, friends, and out of town guests during my bereavement. The love and kindness shown to me from the staff was amazing. Staff members Deondra Askew, Candy Fowlkes, Merna (Tierra), Charlotte, Vickie, Trejon treated me and all my family members with the up most respect everyday checking to see if I was ok. They prayed and consoled with me daily. All my family members was so impressed with the staff and the cleaning of the facility. We conclude this was the best hotel in the world. If you are traveling and looking for a place to stay this is the place. Peaceful, loving, caring, warm, friendly, kind and good food this is your place. I promise you will not regret staying at this hotel. It the best.

Reviewed By 195pattiwChecked in late last evening. Man at front desk seemed put out when I asked for the top floor, which I had stated at the time I made my reservation. Got to room and key would not open door. Man at desk insinuated that I had put it close to cell phone, which I informed him that my phone was in my purse the whole time. Room was not up to Holiday Inn standards. Remote for television was not working properly and tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Next Morning, I asked to switch rooms to first building since my son was in a room over there. They could not accommodate me as that they are short staff in housekeeping, and would not be cleaning that building today. When I went back up to room, my key would not work again. I asked to be changed to another room. They gave me a key to another room, but the toilet was running and would not stop, which then gave me a key to another room. My son was in another room, and it smelled really bad, so he had to change rooms. I would not recommend staying here. Other nearby hotels with comparable/cheaper rates.
