Perfectly adequate
Reviewed By twowardspainThis is a very pleasant, two star hostal....no frills, but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay and the staff seem to be well organised for that sort of clientele. The room was clean and comfortable; the most basic toiletry items were provided and there was always plenty of hot water. All staff were very willing to meet any specific needs and did so with a smile. The hostal is located on the flat, but there is no lift, so those with mobility problems might have difficulty reaching the rooms, which are on two floors. Security is good and we experienced very little noise from the main thoroughfare below our room...a room overlooking the square, where there is a children's playground, might be a little noisier. We ate a very good lunch from their extensive menu, but the indoor restaurant was closed the evening we were there. Very cheap parking is available quite close, but make sure you buy a ticket before you even book in to the property...the parking attendant gives absolutely no quarter! The only negatives....the smell from the plumbing, in the bathroom, was overpowering, even after we'd bought air freshener from the local supermarket. Fortunately, we had a small balcony and floor to ceiling windows, so we were able to have fresh air in the room, all the time. Wifi was intermittent and very weak.

Room suite Marfil is modern clean and nicely designed. We didn't get to use the spa but they looked really nice. Will recommend

Reviewed By Jordicans7You will get a simple room, not very spacious. Not a lot of place to hang your clothing, no place to store your baggage... But a good mattress, a clean and quiet room and also a friendly staff. And you get a simple breakfast included in an attractive price. Not bad.

Reviewed By zintilis44This is a wonderful little hostal in a very nice part of the town. The owner is very friendly. Rooms exceptionally clean with all mod cons. The menu del dia is very good at €12 including wine. I can highly recommend it.
