Poor Customer Service

Pro's: Beautiful setting and stunning views Con's: Staff are rude and aggressive No idea of customer service, everything is a major hassle from them and they either say it or their body language says it! Food choice and quality is poor, menu does not change from Lunch to dinner. Breakfast was awful with cut fruit left out uncovered for flies to craw over. Service is so slow, and it will take over an hour from when you order your food to it being served, also you will get the food at different times meaning when one person has finished eating another has just started! attitude of the waiters was not adequate, we asked to add another table on so we could all sit together, and this was a major hassle to which in the end we had to do it ourselves. We also asked if they could make very small dietary changes to some menu items for children to which we were told no! Villas are outdated The resort is massive, but they stop running the buggies @ 2230 so you must either cut your evening short or walk back to your villa in the pitch black, some villas are a 25 minuet walk. The only light you have it from your phone. Beware there are snakes on the resort. If this is a 5 Star resort, I would hate to see what a 3 start looks like! My suggestion to BlackSea Rama is to employ a manager from Central Europe so come in and show how Customer Service should be done, this could be a nice resort, but it need some major changes. Would I go again- NO, Would I recommend it - NO

Disgusting
Reviewed By Trip112522I’ve read most of the replies to the comments made re this hotel, where they say they will pass comments on to the restaurant. As if that’s enough it’s not the restaurant or the staff that are at fault but the management. The food yes was disgusting especially for vegetarians, where I found meat in my dish which is not only upsetting but made me ill . Limited drinks and flat coke Ice cream compartment disgusting Coffee machine never clean Entertainment not in the hotel as advertised Complaints to a rep and her response was a joke, her comments re food cold was disgusting .her comments, was that she had been to England and didn’t like our food and Bulgarians like their food cold . I asked for at least half my and my friends money back . Obviously no word on that . Stop blaming staff it’s no wonder they are miserable and look like they have lost the will to live . After being there two weeks and the affect this place had on me I feel for them

This small and friendly hotel lies in an excellent location, a short walk from the beach and conveniently located near the resort center. With bright comfortable rooms, good standards throughout, and an abundance of activities, hotel Oasis makes an excellent choice for adults looking for a relaxing getaway.

Reviewed By Yulia CHotel is ok.Basic. Rooms are clean. Hotel is very clean. Bedlinen is clean. Bars, doors, equipment - everything is old and basic. Room was painted recently and paint is everywhere on lamps, doors etc. Very Good food for the price and close to beach. Kids room is very oudated, no games, no toys. In general kids did not want to go there. 2 playgrounds nextby are old, with dangerous metal swings. There is no evening programme, only standard kids disco. Animation team was very enthusiastic. Reception team is not very helpful and i have a concern regarding H&S policies.

The worst employees ever
Reviewed By crisx2019Hotel that is wanted exclusively (try through peppered prices). Aggressive employees, downright violent. Honestly, after the fear I had that they would hit us, they ruined my whole day. Let me tell you ... I was for the first time on Bendida beach which is very nice, decorated with sunbeds and umbrellas with reeds. Water with smooth entry. Not knowing how it is (arranged or not) I took the beach umbrella for any eventuality, the road from the car to the beach being long and traveled by a shuttle bus. Once we arrived, we rented three umbrellas with the corresponding sunbeds (we were 3 families) and paid with the card. BE CAREFUL TO KEEP THE VOUCHER !! Nobody told us but how good it would have been. We stayed all day, enjoyed the water which was great and ate at the Moroccan restaurant on the beach. All good until the moment we left and sat in line at the shuttle bus (the distance between the beach and the place where you have to leave the car is about 1 km and is very sloping). When it was our turn, the bus driver (a handful of people) motioned for those behind us to enter and after they were full of passengers he left for the parking lot. In the second race we were the first but the scenario was repeated. We tried to ask in English what was happening but we were not answered. The ugly looks and the aggressive attitude created a tense atmosphere for all the customers (he was aggressive even with those he invited on the shuttle because they weren't moving fast enough. People were waiting for us to enter and, in turn, didn't understand what was happening). In the third race, losing my patience, I tried to get on the bus. At that moment he pushed me and blocked the entrance to the bus with his hand saying only 2 words: Free zone and pointing with his hand to the umbrella that my husband was holding in his hand. We realized that he treated us like that because he considered us second-hand people, sarantoci who could not afford to rent a chaise longue ... people that the hotel management probably does not want customers. We started telling him in English that we didn't stay at the Free zone (there was a very small area at the end of the beach for a few sheets, the worst part of the beach, where there were stones in the water). We didn't have the rental receipt to show it, but we did have the one from the meal, which, believe me, had a substantial amount on it. I don't think he understood anything in English, but after he pushed me straight, he gave up because no one was coming for the transfer and we got the bus. We went directly to the reception. We explained the whole situation to them and they told us that the shuttle bus is for everyone, whether you rent sunbeds or not. Anyway, I showed them the card transaction on the phone app. Regarding the employee's violence, they said to make a notification on the hotel's email address that there is nothing to do. They were not empathetic but what to do.. This calm me down because at least I talked to someone. We left determined to forgot the fear and upset and to warn as many people as possible not to ruin their vacation at the hotel Thracian cliffs.

Inhuman conditions!
Reviewed By andreirepedeIt’s such a shame that a huge complex with great potential is such bad administered. As you enter the room, a smell of old strikes you. There’s dust everywhere, the bathrooms are a threat to your health, and the furniture and beds are most probably from the 80’s. We were afraid to walk barefoot in the room not to catch a disease. The AC is also from the early 2000s, works terrible and introduces an unpleasant smell in the room. There’s no mosquitoes net on the door nor on the windows, so ventilating the room will be a tough challenge , especially by night, when mosquitoes and dozens of other insects arrive. In the area you only have one option of restaurants. The hotel’s one. I personally puked after eating breakfast here, but dinner and lunch didn’t make such a difference. You can tell they are using lowest quality and cheapest products available and one night I waited more than an hour and a half for a simple salad! The beach however is splendid, but doesn’t make up for any of those problems.
