Reviewed By Robert T FIt was OK. We wanted a room internally facing the main office but no changes were possible as the computer system was down, so no second card key available. A few niggles, had to ask for towels, coffee, etc, but I guess the pandemic made the situation a little disorganised. I wouldn't chose to stay here other than it was a convenient overnight stop off on my way through France. Certainly not a bargain, but not too expensive. Staff were pleasant enough but not exceptional welcoming - which actually really didn't matter. Overall it was neither good nor bad, just OK.

Dijon is really worth a visit. Hotel itself is fine. Nice room, good bed, good breakfast buffet, friendly staff. Everything more than expected were we paid for ;-)

Superior room booked and no air on or heating in the hotel
Reviewed By anuraagw2016Greeted in a friendly manner! However was informed that the aircon or heating does not work and will not work as the person to repair will not come through the weekend!!! The pool is not functional as well. The tea/ coffee dispenser did not have sugar, creamer- had to walk to the restaurant to get them. None of this was updated or mr ruined on the website. I have stayed in Novotel properties earlier - never experienced this before!

Reviewed By DanielH209Fine for what you need it for. I've stayed at nicer B&Bs for stopovers. This one felt a bit like a motel with access to the rooms outside. Slightly dirty walls in bathroom. Local area is nothing to shout about but petrol and restaurants local. Mattreds was thin.
