The entire team at the Costa Narejos hotel looks forward to lifting the confinement restrictions caused by the coronavirus, and wants you and your family to meet perfectly. As you will be aware, the Government has prepared different phases in the de-escalaada to return to "normality" in a reasonable time that allows mobility between different parts of our country, and for us to function, taking the appropriate health precautions, being able to use a significant number of rooms, as well as common areas. Unless change of criteria from our goverment, the date indicated in this regard is that of July 3rd, which we have taken as a reference to make the hotel open. We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate reservations with dates prior to July 3rd. This exclusive four-star hotel offers 191 stylish rooms including 1 suite, 5 junior suites and 58 family rooms (with a spacious living area with a sofa bed). Each of the 191 rooms and suites is equipped with a safe, air-conditioning, telephone, satellite T.V., mini-bar and an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer. The hotel is located in Los Alcázares which boasts one of the best beaches of the Mar Menor, 'Los Narejos' and is in an excellent location. It is easily accessible from San Javier Airport (3 kilometres ), Alicante Airport (60 kilometres ), the train station (14 kilometres) and is also in close proximity to the motorway. This hotel offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with all the excellent facilities you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Golfing break
Reviewed By Jo PHave stayed in this hotel many times over the years on the same golf break. Staff are always helpful and welcoming, rooms are clean. The only criticism is that I would like to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and the buffet food could benefit from being hotter. All in all a good hotel a stones throw away from a gorgeous beach.

Brilliant hotel
Reviewed By Lynn CThis is an amazing little hotel, rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. We managed to ger a sea view room and were not disappointed, well worth the small additional charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great little bar which was very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Large, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment
Reviewed By AliciaGaysonLawrenceBooked to stay for 5 days with my daughter. We paid €244 between us for the stay. Exceptional good value for what we got. A very large 2 bedroom apartment, that had everything that you would need (iron, hairdryer, washing machine/dryer, fully stocked kitchen etc). Rooms are serviced daily. There is a large pool and separate children's pool and slide area. The only downside for us was the distance from the town/village. You will either need to hire a car for your stay or rely on a taxi service. Taxis were €12 approx each way at weekend and €9 each way during the week. We went to the local Lidl the first evening we arrived and stocked up on everything we needed for the trip. Overall we've loved our stay, it was perfectly peaceful which was what we wanted. If you want a "mad" holiday, this is not the place for you. But perfect for a relaxing couples break away. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location but cold draughty room.
Reviewed By cymraeg4I emphasise that this review is based on the time of year and the particular room. Positives - lovely location, lovely view, helpful staff, a charming old building. Clearly a favourite location for breakfast and other meals for non-residents when it's sunny. Parking not too problematic but might be severe in summer. Negatives - we had a corner room at the front. 2 balconies with floor to roof windows and doors. They didn't fit well and the heater provided did not keep us warm enough even after borrowing our son's heater from his room. At night with wind and rain, water blew onto the floor. There is nowhere inside to sit that is heated. The inside patio would be very nice in summer but not when cold and wet. In summary, probably a great place when it's warm or if you don't feel the cold.

Reviewed By bobbyoconnorThis hotel is in a great location for all the bars and restaurants, and the sea and beach , but it is basic, had to pay to have a kettle in our room, i have never stayed in a 4 star and had to do this. noisy at night. it also had lots of ucam students staying, so at breakfast could be a nightmare , the pool at times was overloaded with them, the pool was very cold, there was no Air conditioning in our room, planes flying overhead during the day quite noisy all staff helpful and friendly The balcony was small a table could not fit we booked breakfast which was O.K.

Great place to stay, more space and the same price as a hotel room
Reviewed By jayne186487We stayed at apartamentos 525 for one night just to see what it was like. Same price as a hotel room in the hotel 525 but a lot more space. The block has 10 apartments in and is modern with a lift. Very large super kingbed, comfortable and clean. Large bathroom and shower with good water pressure. Everything you need for a few days away. For a longer stay it does not have an oven or a washing machine but for a couple of days it's fine. The location was very good and easy to walk almost any where in the town. Down side parking can be difficult especially in summer. Nice roof terrace with goid views towards the Mar menor.
