Reviewed By Richard LStayed in apartment 4; there is a problem with the plumbing and the bathrooms smell badly of urine. Hotel give excuses - offered to swop the smell for a smell of strong bleach! Something is wrong. Dated and strange food and beverage in restaurant. Overall place feels like a Soviet Union hotel, staff look depressed.

Nikola è il proprietario e io lo definirei un vero "dolcino", un signore troppo gentile e cordiale! (parla italiano) La stanza è molto semplice ma non mancava nulla, c'era il condizionatore ed era pulita; il bagno era in comune tra noi e un'altra camera, era semre libero e pulto. Ottima posizione. Perfetto per un soggiorno di puro relax

Peccato x il coperchio e le zanzare!
Reviewed By Federico FAbbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni dopo ferragosto. Il monolocale è moderno e ben pulito, situato vicino al porto, comodo per visitare il paese e la parte centro-nord dell'isola. Peccato solo x le zanzare e il campanile. Non do le 5 stelle solo perché la cucina non era dotata di un coperchio adatto alla pentola, impedendoci di bollire l'acqua per la pasta (fornelli elettrici non a gas).

Bad smell from the bathroom
Reviewed By igormK3327TUThe bathroom emanates the stink of cigarettes so that the whole room 107 (avoid it!) Reeks of cigarettes. I'm not sure if that is a ventilation thing or what, but the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders. The smell does not go away after few days. However, our friends in 104 did not have such problems, though they had a mini flood every time they used tha bathroom. So I guess the experience varies a lot depending on what room you get. Food is as food is in three stars hotels, and everything else. But for me, paying 200euros to sleep in an ashtray is too much so I'll give it two stars.

Reviewed By JelliedeThis property was in need of refurbishing probably 20 years ago. It looks like a run down sindicate lodging from the 60's. The "restaurant" reminds of a soup kitchen, old furnishings, table cloths mostly dirty, food is not even close to being diverse as some rewievs claim (exactly the same food every breakfast, dinner alternates every 2 days), poorest of the poor quality of coffe and juices, poor imitation of cola and ice tea and poor imitation of nutela, the cheapest of the cheap ham and cheese. Dirty bed linens that the maids collected in the morning are scattered around the property for hours. The room is exactly the same as it was when the property was built probably in ex Yugoslavia, you can see by photos. Location is absolutely perfect, pine wood, small pebble beaches within walking distance, Božava center 5 min away, which is probably why they can charge over 150€ ? per night! I would absoultely avoid.

Great hotel in pine wood forest
Reviewed By ivan tI visit this hotel for at least 5 summers and I always come with my kids. I have been in whole complex that consists of several hotels between 3 and 4 stars. This is not luxury hotel but it is very clean, variety of food is great, breakfast could be a bit better but the location and stuff is absolutely great. Staff is very polite, taking care about kids and are warm hearted and very friendly. For breakfast and dinner they serve wine, beer and juices for free. The beach is also nice as it is very near and you can be near the sea but in the shadows of pine trees listening to the concert of crickets all day long or enjoying by one of the two pools. They have great open "train" several times a day that will take you to Saharun beach (one of top 10 beaches in Croatia) for only 2€ in one direction.
