Reviewed By Sue KStopped here as I am a Wyndham Rewards member. Surprised that the breakfast area was empty except for large unopened boxes and a couch/ chair for the staff to watch TV I guess. The staff said no breakfast “cause of COVID “. Poor excuse. Even hotels without hot breakfast has a cooler with yogurt and breakfast bars and package danish . Room was dark and appeared to have new flooring, curtains and maybe bed spread. Old furniture and mattress. Not sure if they are trying? But certainly not worth what they are asking.

Reviewed By Ashley HWe absolutely LOVED Barnsley Resort!! The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and went out of their way to make sure every need was met! The golf course is beautiful and in great shape - very challenging, but fun! There was so much to do - we could have stayed for a week! HIGHLY recommend you visit!!! We will definitely go back!

Reviewed By 379kimaDuring my stay I found the Front Desk Receptionist, Emily, very helpful, friendly and professional. The two Managers Celeste & Casey (sp?) I met were very helpful and professional which made for a pleasant stay as well. Refrigerator & phone (noisy had to unplug) in room the didnt work. The suite was comfy & roomy. More selections for complimentary breakfast such as additional fruit options and other meat besides pork.

Reviewed By techandtravelJust left the Adairsville Quality Inn and am so happy. First I was greeted by the very personable clerk. Secondly, there was an actual breakfast! As a diabetic, I usually have almost nothing to choose from. This breakfast had scrambled and boiled eggs as well as sausage. Also had a choice between dark or regular coffee! For those who enjoy their food, there were biscuits and gravy as well as the usual assortment of sweets. The room we had was slighty old around the edges, but very clean with comfortable bed and pillows I'd love to take home.

A beautiful historic home built in 1895. Recently restored to its Victorian charm. Crystal chandeliers hang from 12 foot ceilings is spacious rooms adorned with period antiques and artistry. Each elegantly decorate guest room has a distinctive character of its own with a Victorian styled private bath with modern conveniences. A savory breakfast is served on china in the Grand Dining Room.

Reviewed By 266halleygThis place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out.! My sister and I came for my bachelorette party and it has such a welcoming and homey feel from the start. The owners Doris and Larry are also so sweet and we loved hearing their stories. They make you a homemade breakfast every morning and even join you, which we loved because it truly gave us that personal feeling. I would 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be back.!

Reviewed By sproutiesHorrible, horrible experience, during and afterward. My teenaged son was on his solo first road trip from Florida to Illinois, where he attends college. I booked a room online at the OYO Hotel Adairsville at 11:20 pm on 1/3/20, when he was 25 minutes away from the hotel. I wanted to confirm someone would be there to check him in, but when I called the hotel directly, the phone lines at the hotel don't work...(first warning sign!)...all you get is a busy signal. (Over the next two weeks after his booking, I tried to call them...as did Hotels.com...as did even the OYO main branch(!)...and nobody, even OYO itself, was EVER able to get through to the hotel. Fortunately, when my son got there at 11:45 pm, he was able to check in. But that's where "fortunately" ends. After my son checked in to his "premium room" with "quality assurance" at 11:50 pm, he went to his room. It was infested with flies and mosquitoes...he killed 15 of them in 10 minutes and that only made a small dent. He went to the bathroom and said there were what appeared to be bloodstains in the bathroom shower. The door to the room next to his was wide open...he saw inside that that room was very damaged and a stray cat was apparently living inside. My son is someone who is usually fearless, and being in that room made him feel so unsafe that he had an anxiety/panic attack and feared for his safety. He tried to look up other hotels nearby and the wi-fi at the hotel wasn't working at the time, either. After being in the room less than 15 minutes, my son Adam went to the front desk at around 12:10 at night and asked for a refund, but the young woman at the desk said she was new and didn't know how to process that. He immediately checked out anyway and went to a different hotel two blocks away. The OYO main branch insisted they could not authorize a refund without first speaking with the people at the Adairsville hotel. The Adairsville hotel was, as I said, uncontactable, even by their own main headquarters, so even though they at first said they'd do right by us, they denied the refund. I have no idea if this what we can expect at other OYO properties...this was the first time any of my family had stayed at one...but I would scream at anyone who was thinking of staying at the Adairsville property to NOT DO SO.
