Cheap, Filthy, Run Down
Reviewed By JMPInstructorCheck-in: Jesus was friendly and efficient, even as there was a difficult customer ahead of me demanding the attention of both clerks at the desk. Breakfast: What breakfast? Juice, a banana, maybe toast. It was the cheapest spread. No eggs, no meat. Walked out. External: Basically clean. The pool area could use some attention more than once a day. The parking lot was fairly clean. Rooms: Filthy, run-down, needs a serious renovation. I purposely walked around the room with one shoe on and one barefoot. I stepped out of my room and planted both feet on the cement, 2 very black footprints, one shoe one with black toes on the concrete. The carpet was disgusting. Amenities: The coffee maker was horrible. Cheapest of the cheap. The refrigerator was a surprise. Turned high it could freeze things. TV was o.k. Staff: Friend and efficient. Jesus was mentioned earlier. All housekeeping staff was courteous and quick. One morning, the girl at the front desk seemed absolutely bored with it all and was unapologetic when I mentioned the lack of real breakfast. WiFi: WiFi was o.k. but the 5G in the area is much much better. Guests: This one attracts a wide range of blue-collar. But, there were some that looked like they were there to conduct a little more shady business. The parking lot could get a little noisy in the evening. I never understood why people are so rude running those loud bass thumpers. Ice Machine: The ice machine was running well. However, there was a vagrant woman living in the well where my ice machine was located. She looked leather-tanned, with short-cropped hair. I noticed her going through garbage cans for food. Sad.

Incredibly rude staff
Reviewed By walNorthEastArrived before the check in time as we were on a motorcycle road trip and unsure of times. Very rude person advised we were too early to check in and closed the window on us before we had chance to ask any questions (here conversation with a colleague was obviously more important) . We cancelled the booking and chose somewhere else! It is in a bad spot, very noisy and given the staff, i would advise you looked elsewhere!

NO SLEEP
Reviewed By SonncollTerrible Ppl upstairs decided to disrespect everyone in ear shot of a mile. Partied all night. Dancing , banging, clunking, singing at the top of their lungs, smoking, music. Quite a few ppl in one room. It sounded like a club. Someone called the cops and they just got louder after they left. I blame this solely on the motel. They did NOTHING to stop this. Total disregard for the rest of the hotel . We left and it was still going on. Bad part of town. I advise ppl to avoid this hole. It’s up to the manager to take care of this kind of behavior and they did NOTHING

Reviewed By Karina BThis is the worst stay I have ever experienced. We checked in and the 1st room we got had an open bag of grapes on the bed so we asked for another room. They gave us another room and this was just as bad but we had been driving all day so we decided that we would suck it up and stay. Shortly after the desk called and said they saw two large dogs with us and I told her they are service dogs so she said ok. Then shortly after she calls back and says that they aren't service dogs because they don't have a vest and I told her they have tags and that the ADA doesn't require a vest to be considered a service dog. She told me that she didn't believe me so they were going to charge us $25 each for our "pets". They charged $100 deposit for the room and didn't refund any of it so they charged us $200 for the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with and they steal your hard earned money. Please do yourself a favor and do not ever stay here.

Terrible room, broken TV, dirty bed, towels were gray color due to being old and could not look white any more.
Reviewed By LoveTravel308723Horrible hotel. got there they could not work the credit card, I offered another one, they could not accepted because I put the the one that did not go through in the Expedia reservation. I paid in cash and when I went into the room it was disgusting, the bed was wrinkled like someone slept there and they only fix the comforter, to pretend it was cleaned up, TV did not work at all. We went to the front desk and requested to be change to a better room. The woman in the front said that was the best room. I requested to be reimbursed my money to go somewhere else. She told me she could not give me back my money because she had no authority from the Manager. She called the manager and he said he will call me the next day to reimburse my money . I left and this was on 8/19. Today is 8/23 and I have not hear anything. I will be going in person tomorrow, and see if I can recover my 200.00 I paid for the room I could not stay at all.

Not a good place to stay
Reviewed By GymstoneBeds are well used and need to be changed out. A lot of people out walking around during late night and early morning. No parking for large vehicles, trailers, etc. very pricey for motel 6 especially sense it is noisy and mattresses have been very used.

Missing Stuff
Reviewed By S SWhen checking in the guy before us came back to say his room had not been cleaned. My husband went to check on ours before taking the luggage up. It had not been cleaned, second room had a bunch of things missing, chair, clock, luggage holder, pillows, etc. Sure didn't want them to say we took them after we checked out. Short staffed, waited for hours for maintenance to come bring us stuff, so could not dress down and relax. Pictures on the walls, which were screwed on, were seriously crooked. Old coffee and grounds in coffee maker. Sign said Implementing Cleaning Protocals. Manager next day, who was not in the city, said Not Possible, well it was.!
