Reviewed By lorraine lWe have been staying at Best Western Properties when we travel for alot of years and recognize that accomodations along the interstates are not luxurious but we have always been able to trust that with this chain we could be sure of clean, comfortable well-maintained properties. This SURE STAY was a different story. Missing floor tile, a comforter with holes and bathroom fixtures rusted and electrical outlets not secure in the wall.....AND the feared hair in the handtowel! If we weren't leaving at 7am the next morning I would have slept in my car! SHAME ON YOU Best Western, you roled out this "new" brand and its nothing more than old, dilapidated properties that you've given a new name.... I'm going back to Hilton and Marriott.

Reviewed By dbrown944173This hotel is charging an outrageous rate for the dump it was!! It is not Wyndham quality! No breakfast as stated or working internet!! This hotel should not be a 3 star as Booking.com states. I made reservations through them and prepaid only saving 10.00. Next time I will look at hotel first. Wyndham should remove there mane from this dump!!!

Reviewed By DigmonteI have stayed at several other properties in Brunswick. I have been very pleased with my stay at Super 8. Any issue was taken care of immediately. In 2 months I have not seen a single bug. Location is extremely convenient. I would the breakfast could be improved but, I have been in places that were worse. I feel the price, rooms, and amenities are a perfect price point.

Super8 Brunswick South is located on exit 29 off I-95. It is a prime location for Passers by, vacationers and truckers. We have ample free parking both for truckers and regular guests. We are very close to Jekyll Island and 20 minutes from the Historic Saint Simons Island. Super8 Brunswick South is also 8-10 minutes drive to the Emerald Princess Casino Boat, which we do have free pass to get on the boat. There are several dining options in walking distance from the hotel. Fuel is less than 30 seconds away, there's also choices of grocery shopping.
Slept like a rock. In a cave
Reviewed By spiderbytzI was tired after a long day’s drive and upon entering, I wanted to relax in the ice cold room. It was 93 F outside. All I wanted was a room for two nights—clean, nonsmoking with fridge and microwave. Our 2nd floor room was clean, cold and with shades closed, it was dark. Bed was comfortable and shower had hot water. Girlfriend wasn’t happy (super picky) but me, I slept soundly like a fossil in bedrock in a dark cave.

Motel 6 Brunswick GA is conveniently located off of I-95 exit 36A. Restaurants are within walking distance. Troy State University is 2 miles and Sea Island Beach is only 11 miles. Free Wi-Fi, meeting rooms and truck parking is available.

Reviewed By Christina LWe arrived at this motel very tired & did not check the reviews. Lesson learned. I will say that the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant & funny but that’s all the positive things I have to say. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. The bathtub was filthy, as was the bathroom door so obviously had not been cleaned. There were people talking loudly outside our door throughout the night. The room was cold & the heater did not work. No phone in the room & no hair dryer. To top it off there is a ledge leading off the sidewalk that I did not see in the dark so I tripped on it, hurt my knees & cut my ankle. I am 72 years old so this could have ended a lot worse. That ledge should be painted so that it is visible. We feel that the room was very overpriced ($86.39 U.S. with tax or $113.26 CDN.) for what we got. No breakfast but they did offer coffee between 6 a.m. & 9:30 a.m. Would not recommend.
