Cozy resort.
Reviewed By iammarc_yFriendly staff, pet friendly resort, nice that its not crowded with lots of open air spaces. Mostly filipino food on the menu. Only issue we had was the shower's water heater in our room wasn't working which we brought to the management's attention.

Reviewed By MasterEemzNo Beach just pools. The pictures might be good but I think it was taken when the resort just opened and now its a depressing sight. Totally not worth the time and money, don't even try this place even on short budget.

Not So Grand Resort
Reviewed By Wandering_73We went here recently. The kids were really excited to get here. However, the resort was in need of a MAJOR clean up and repair. Doors and windows were broken and missing. The side balcony had rusty iron bars exposed. The beach was REALLY dirty - I picked up USED BABY DIAPERS and there were a lot of plastics and even glass shards in the sand. Also, a lot of floating water hyacinths on the beach. There were cobwebs on the ceiling of our room. My niece developed a rash from the dust. After one night, we decided to leave even though my sister already paid in full for 3 nights as we couldn't let the kids swim in the beach with the used diapers and other garbage all over the place. The aircon in our room was not enough to cool the room so we had to have an electric fan. It is not worth the price or the time it took us to get to this place. Really disappointed because the online pictures really looked good but in reality, it's not. We would have considered staying if only the beach was clean and safe for kids, but it clearly wasn't. We were really disappointed. For improvement - PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR BEACH ESPECIALLY GET RID OF THE USED DIAPERS, BROKEN GLASS, AND PLASTICS LITTERING THE SAND.

It's OK but not fantastic
Reviewed By richard oAn average hotel not anywhere special. Rooms are clean and tidy. A little expensive at 3500 pesos but includes breakfast. Hotel decor is nice Spanish terecotta look. Staff polite. Road side rooms are noisy with traffic at night.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Do not stay here! WASTE OF MONEY!
Reviewed By Aliki BI can’t begin to tell you how highly disappointed my family and I are. Let me start by saying we purchased this hotel on Groupon and paid $250 for two nights, plus another $45 for resort fees. That’s nearly $300 for what we consider the WORST hotel ever. The entire place is under construction! We arrived late on Friday night and had to walk all the way around the back where the check-in area is because the front is closed. We have 2 small children and it was pouring. When I walked in, I was already able to tell what kind of stay we were going to have. The staff was talking about other people staying at the hotel, how they made mistakes with booking, and this and that. Their language was very unprofessional. The woman that checked us in said “sorry I have to give you these room keys without an envelope because I ran out.” Then I asked for something to bring in our luggage since we have a very far walk from where parked and it was raining. She tells me there are only “two of them” and to wait outside until I find one or one of the other persons staying at the hotel brings one out. Then we get to our room and can hear everything next door. The walls are so thin! It was also very disgusting and muggy inside. Even though the room was renovated, it smelled old. So did the hallways. The blanket was a thin throw blanket that you would use on your couch to watch tv, covered by a white sheet. So do not expect down comforters or anything of that sort. There were exactly THREE SMALL towels for us to use the entire stay! Let me fast forward to our second day. We read online that breakfast was included and that there were Mickey waffles and other hot food items. It was my daughter’s birthday that morning and we couldn’t wait to at least enjoy breakfast. When we went downstairs, there was a WHITE PAPER BAG, a fruit, and a small “hospital” juice!!!!!!!! What on earth is this?!?!? Once again, completely disappointed. We spent the day at Magic Kingdom. When we got back to the hotel, it was close to 1:00 AM. THERE WAS NO PARKING! I kept calling the main desk over and over and nobody would answer. It even said “box full”. I finally went inside and was told that we would have to either park in the DIRT next to the main road or at the hotel next door (very very far walk)!!!! We have a sleeping 2 and 4 year old with us. No way Jose! When we got to the hotel, the staff was outside smoking cigarettes!!!!!!!! No wonder nobody was answering!!!!!! Oh and let me tell you something about the hotel in general - the people are low-class, all of them. I hate to say it, but this is how they portray themselves. When we were checking out, I asked to speak to the manager. All the woman in the front could do was give me a card and told me to call and that “she has been giving these out all day”. Well I wonder why!!!! Let’s fast-forward to Tuesday. I have been calling and calling (still either no answer or box full). Somebody finally answered and provided a number for the manager. However, the number she gave me is the same number I have been calling all of the time - the main desk! We can’t stress how disappointed we are. Please do not spend your money. This place needs to close down until fully remodeled and hire all new staff members!!!!!!!! I would never go back, never!!!!!
