Reviewed By sgtpetIn may/June 2020 we had a five nights day at the Hyatt House in Parsippany Whippany. The size of the combinations with very good we had a two bedroom suite. The time of check-in was like I was being punished for staying there by having to fill out forms making sure you behave properly. The room itself was extremely outdated and badly worn especially the carpenate the shower was very good. The housekeeping was good and kept the room nice and clean. One major problem was trying to get a extra blanket or actually a blanket for one of our beds. After four phone calls and with speaking with people in the hallway we never received the blanket. We left a note saying please leave us a blanket after being there three nights and finally received one at that time. The free breakfast is pretty good. The staff at the free breakfast are fantastic. For some decor fixings and vast improvement at the front desk this could be a very good hotel.

Reviewed By Shanker Bi have stayed here many a times. Quick 25 min Uber ride from EWR - check in is quick and painless. Nice spacious rooms. i was on the 7th floor. Fast elevators, fast internet, great lobby bar and restaurant. Its a perfect business traveler hotel

Reviewed By Harold JWe were a large wedding party and everything was perfect. It was convenient to have a cafe downstairs. Only a small thing, being that the hotel is on a major road, there are no sidewalks for us outdoor joggers, so I settled for a few turns around the hotel.

Reviewed By I3506NOkarensBetween improper billing and no response from management to fix it,a room key that just stops working, and just arbitrarily getting tossed off the internet makes this and unpleasant stay. I have tried speaking to management on site but only got so far. Technical support for the internet issues was sort of ok but lacking. It should be as simple as this. I was charged improperly refund what needs to be refunded. My key should work for the length of my stay and the internet should be accessible for the length of my stay. I shouldn’t have to constantly go down to the front desk to get these issues taken care if repeatedly or told you have to come back and speak to the manager. It’s just not a positive experience
