Reviewed By Cosmopolitan567041Employee, Matthew, needs to be terminated immediately due to his disrespectful behavior to guests. He also badmouthed the hotel of which he works and stated that Microtel "Sucks!" If he treated me as a guest so disrespectfully, how is he treating the other guests? You will definitely lose future guest if you keep him employed.

Reviewed By froggiaIf you expect basic supplies like spoons or tea bags or 1% milk or cup lids, then you will be disappointed. The manager will tell you that these supplies are unavailable due to manufacturer back order. Actually, they can be bought easily from the Walmart just next to it.

Reviewed By kathleen SThis hotel was quiet and right off the highway. It's also near the entrance to the Smokey Mountain National Park. The room was very clean and the folks at the front desk were great. They had a nice selection for breakfast, and the tables were distanced so that we felt comfortable eating there.

Reviewed By katewW7556BJMy husband and I stayed at this Nice Hotel.. The Manager, Ron Jean, was as personable as it gets. The Room was tasteful furnished and the beds were SOOO Comfortable. Clean--Private--Quiet. The bathroom was immaculate with fluffy white towels. The Wi-Fi worked well. We brought our Jack Russell Terrier with us because they are PET Friendly. There is a small fee for a Pet but the staff made us feel so welcome.. Just a wonderful place to stay. I will look for another Clairion POINTE when I travel again.

Reviewed By littlefootcjWe travel to the area several times a year to visit my husbands dad. We always stay at Economy Inn. Since our main goal is a place to sleep and shower, this place is perfect. It is always clean and is the most affordable place in the area that we have found. I love seeing the river outside the back of the motel. It is very relaxing to watch. The rooms are not large but are just what we need.
