Reviewed By Wendell TI'm not a frequent traveler or hotel stayer, but I've noticed a decline overall in the hotel industry, mostly due to covid. Like most of us, I have accepted these changes and understood and to the best of my ability tried to tolerate and be a good neighbor and a good guest. That said, there's always some trepidation when making an 85 or $90 hotel reservation on the road. you don't need much but you want it to be worth it, and frequently in the past few years it hasn't been worth it for me. That all changed last night when I stayed at this hotel. I got a rate that was good and only about 15% more than those other places, and every part of my stay was five star. From the check-in to the great room the super bathroom wonderful shower a fantastic breakfast buffet and I just didn't want to get out of bed. It's obvious that the staff here has a great leader and works as a team. Teamwork makes the dream work and it's obvious that this place has a staff that is happy to go to work each day. That makes all the difference. As a result of this, I change the hotel reservation I had for tonight to a Holiday inn express, and I will provide a review of that tomorrow.

Located in the heart of Richburg, the Quality Inn & Suites offers very friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean rooms with many upgrades. Great value.
Better than expected
Reviewed By U610DMnickwI've had some poor experiences with this brand in the past, but decided to give this one a try on a recent trip we took from Ohio to Florida. It was the nicest Quality Inn I've ever stayed at! The room was clean, the bathroom in good order and the staff was pleasant. Overall it was a great experience. I would stay here again if traveling this way.

Reviewed By wparke301405The room was not fancy, but it was clean. The mattress on the bed was not super comfortable. This room was decent for the price. AIr conditioning was nice and cold. I would stay here again. Recommended.

Reviewed By Loyalqueen101Just throw the whole building away please. This hotel doesn't deserve a star, the hotel needs to be repaired immediately. Smh you can tell the manager keeps his money in his pocket instead of upgrading what needs to be fixed.

Overnight nightmare
Reviewed By kathleenmX8313WG9/4/2021-9/5/2021 Driving from Florida to Ohio after a Funeral, needed a quick place stay overnight before driving back. On the outside it doesn’t look to bad. But on the inside, this place was a dump! It was filthy! Our non smoking room had burn holes in the sheets and reeked of smoke!The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The shelves where the clean towel were had pubic hairs, dirt and dried toothpaste on them. The bathroom sink was partially clogged. All of the floor were sticky, no carpet. There were dirty cleaning supplies left in the room, Which I picked up and put in the hallway and the next morning they were still there. There were unsafe floor fans sitting in the hallways. In general the entire place smelled smokey and moldy. I would have left on the spot, but my elderly parents were too tired to drive any farther. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

The Econo lodge property exterior corridors, two story, drive up rooms, Very quiet place to have a good night rest, Free breakfast, free internet, free long distance calls, and great clean room for a reasonable rates.
NOT the Place to Stay!
Reviewed By Morgan193I always stop in Richburg on the way to Florida. This time I booked a hotel thru the choice hotels site and was awarded this terrible place. The room door lock wasn’t as simple as Inserting the card.... it took magic to open it each time. I guess that was to prevent us from viewing the urine stains on the toilet. While the shower had hot water, the tub and surround belonged in the back woods... dirty and disgusting. Who ever heard of a hotel without an ice Machine? Well, here is the place. The nice folks next door at The Waffle House filled our bucket. The beds were comfortable....I’ll give them that. Each motel I stay at in Richburg has a free continental breakfast..... except Econo Lodge. Thanks again Waffle House. Until the owners implode and rebuild, stay away from this Econo Lodge !
