Reviewed By Colin WThis hotel is not worthy of 4* more likely 3*."The bedrooms with sloping ceilngs are just awful. The lighting in the bar is appalling. Reception staff, not great but improved as the evening went on. Stayed twice September and November due to proximity of AP7, no other reason. We were on our way back from 39.nights in a 3*,hotel 100% better. Will never stay here again. Hospitality staff must realise that friendliness and smiley face are a pre requesit of front of house, so important. We are ex hotel owners in UK so know a little about general standards. Surely the objective has to be to extract as much money as is possible from residents, this did not apply. Nothing was inviting enough. Who are the losers.

Reviewed By Quinnkings42Lovely clean room with kitchen area no cups or plates or cutlery tho or a kettle love my tea so would have liked these nice and cool room and had aircon too which was very quiet pool area lovely lovely cliff walks to beach ,staff work very very hard a big big thankyou to Jess our waitress she was amazing and looked after us so well as we were the only English guests at the time pool area was great and the entertainment guy was amazing and used his google to translate food was lovely always something to eat loved the fresh bread and the fish a lovely stay and much neede rest thankyou but please stock your kitchen areas with untesils xxx

Overpriced and poor quality
Reviewed By nw05250My entire experience here was poor. Little to no wifi signal. The cabin was small and pokey. There was no linen or towels offered. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The staff weren't friendly. The beach was dirty and water full of floatsam. The best part of the experience was handing back the key the next morning to leave. I was on a 3 month cycle trip form Spain to Norway and of all the camp sites I stayed in (over 30 of them ) this was in my top 3 worst experiences

Good Location
Reviewed By Martin RWe used this hotel for one night as a stopover on our way South. It's location close to the motorway make access easy. We booked one of the "Mar Atico" rooms and the sea view was tremendous with a good sized balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was good but if you want to eat in the hotel, check the restaurant is open as it closes one day a week. The price was very reasonable for the location.

Perfect for a night
Reviewed By judit_withouthGreat value. We were looking for a comfortable room for three people just to spend one night and it was perfect. Nice beds, good breakfast, room and bathroom very clean. Free wifi. Beachfront, easy to park near the hotel.

Reviewed By Carmenteacher2Empezaré por lo bueno: tanto el cuñado y la hermana de la dueña como la dueña misma...correctos y amables. El apartamento estaba limpio, muy mono decorado y con lo básico. La WiFi funciona muy bien. La ubicación es buena también. Pero...en Booking.com lo venden con aire acondicionado( un aparato pequeño en la entrada que soluciona poco o nada en el resto de las habitaciones), dice que el establecimiento alberga un parque acuático ( como no sea la bañera o la manguera de la terraza...), está en una calle estrecha peatonal ruidosa y tiene pegado en la fachada de enfrente un hotel con terraza( a las 7:00 ya están colocando mesas y sillas sin ningún cuidado, y a las 7:05 ya están los primeros clientes tomando café y vociferando, con lo cual...ya no se puede dormir), en el baño no hay ni una estantería ni un armario para colocar las cosas, no había ningún producto para fregar en la cocina, se supone que la terraza era de uso exclusivo nuestro y los del apartamento 1 subieron a fumar tan felices cuando íbamos a cenar. Y lo que me hizo darme cuenta de que realmente este sitio es un Airbnb y no sé muy bien porqué aparece en Booking en la categoría de hoteles, es que ayer al volver de la playa nos encontramos con las camas sin hacer y nadie había limpiado. Se lo comenté a la dueña y me dijo que eso no estaba incluído. Nos pareció carísimo para lo que ofrece (367 € dos noches en un apartamento para 4).
