Not a great experience

Reviewed By jynbrae

On arrival told our room may not be ready. Given 2 swipe cards and not told how to use them for underground parking or lights. We would have had to park in the shopping centre had we not paid. Only a five minute walk we were told. Not told initially about the $30 per day parking charge. No room service. 4 tea bags and tiny milk.

Handy location, very run down

It was a good location for where I needed to be for work purposes. The rooms are very run down and tired, needs a new paint job and bathrooms need a facelift. The grout is filthy and very limited water pressure in the shower.

Basic Motel ...nothing special

Reviewed By Robert F

Basic at the very least !!! Air-conditioning unit was placed directly above bed ????! So to turn on-off or do any adjustments you needed to stand on the bed ??! Had air conditioning on, to warm room throughout the night..the noise and lights flashing on the unit was incredibly disturbing...Aircond unit must be over 20 years old as was running very poorly and also had parts broken/missing off it.Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.Would not recommend to stay here.

Overnight Family Stay

A quick overnighter arriving just before 6pm and departing after a late breakfast (served until 10am). We booked a family room ($225) that had a queen bed & 2 x singles in the same room. It served us with 2 x teenagers well for our purpose. Beds were comfy and the room was warm enough given the cold weather outside. We were within easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The BEST thing about this place was the breakfast offered in the dining room that was included with the tariff. Buffet style all you can eat and freshly topped up regularly - toast, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, bacon, baked beans, hash browns, grilled tomatoes, etc. Tea, coffee and juice were also available. A child from another family near us having breakfast wasn't too keen of the eggs on offer and the lovely staff offered to cook him fried eggs, sunny side up as per his request. We had a room out the front facing the Nepean Highway and didn't experience any loud traffic or anything to disturb us. A great overnighter - highly recommended.

Recovery after Long Trip

Reviewed By Angus M

Spent a couple of nights here following a trip down from Shellharbour, south of Sydney. Small but perfectly adequate cabin which was clean and fitted with small kitchenette. Quiet location only a few minutes drive from the beach front. Well appointed tourist park for families with a roller park in the middle for the youngsters. Staff friendly and helpful in suggesting local facilities such as shops and restaurants etc.

Wouldn't let my dog stay there

Reviewed By judylizmatthews

I booked this hell hole for 3 nights and as soon as i arrived i knew something wasn't right. Looked nothing like its photos and was very run down and dirty looking, Had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for someone to come to the office so we could get a key, got into our room to find we didn't have our own bathroom, The linen on the bed looked very dirty opened the fridge and it smelled like off milk was right next to the bed and was very noisy. Ended up only staying the one night and was told to just leave the key at the office. So went and stayed somewhere else for the next 2 nights in Dandenong, I had used my credit card to book this hole and they still took the 3 nights i have called them and you get someone who can't even speak much english and i am still waiting for my money to be returned to my card SO DON"T STAY HERE
